The appointment confirmation didn't even include the provider's name, and no one told me beforehand that the provider was out of network. When I brought this up, the office simply told me it was my responsibility and refused to take any responsibility for assigning me to an out-of-network provider without letting me know. I think patients should be told this upfront so they can decide whether to proceed. I used to really like this place because of Dr. Rob, but he has since left. I had already been switching hygienists because I felt the cleanings were often rushed and not thorough ( I was in a dental hygiene program). I kept coming back mainly because I trusted Dr. Rob, but now that he's gone, I think it's time to find another dental office.

The staff truly makes this office stand out. Tonia at the front desk is incredibly helpful with scheduling and logistics and genuinely tries to make things easy for patients. On the clinical side, I worked closely with Christina, who assisted with my temporary crowns and works closely with Dr. Vakay. What really stood out to me was that after learning I was having surgery (unrelated to dental work), Christina actually reached out afterward to check on how I was doing. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and says a lot about the people in this office. I also worked with Rose, who was equally careful, precise, and kind. Overall, this is a professional, caring team that clearly goes above and beyond for their patients. I'm very glad I found this office and would absolutely recommend them.

How do you accurately review a dental office? I don't know. Typically when it comes to…read morenon-restaurant reviews people only post extremely positive or extremely negative reviews. I guess I fall in the former. Only thing I know is the staff here is very friendly and they make each appointment a breeze. My visit with Dr Rohini Banavar DMD. I have travelled About…read more60 countries in the past while working for United Nations and have been to numerous Dental clinics all over the world. Dr Banavar beats all of them hands down. Let me explain as to why I feel that Dr Banavar is outstanding in providing an all round professional care. It starts when you enter her Clinic. When you walk into her Clinic you feel you have come to a very safe and a comfortable place and then you are greeted by two smart and articulate young ladies Ms.Biancha and Ms.Salina at the front desk. These two young ladies are very proficient in answering all your questions and more so guiding you correctly as to what the process would be and even explaining as to how the insurance system works and how much would be your part to bear so that there are no surprises and all this is done in an articulate and respectable manner. The best is that they are very pleasant all the while... service with a "smile". Then you are called by Dr. Banavar's assistance who guides you to the comfortable Dental Chair and all is prepared for the patient to be seen by the Doctor ... all this is done with care and respect. I have been under Dr Banavar's care for the last about 10 years. She has always cared for the patients well being and her treatment is based on 'what is best for the individual patient'... there is no 'one glove fits all'... Dr.Banavar takes time that is required to diagnose the problem and she never rushes. Dr. Banavar is very knowledgable and is very accurate in her findings and I can assure you this thru personal experiences. Going out of the way to save your teeth is her normal way to treat a patient. The few times that I have been seen by her she saved my teeth from being removed and restored them thus allowing me its proper usage. Dr.Banavar does not waste time in beating around the bush and she is very direct and clear in her approach for the best of the Patient. Dr. Banavar will always discuss the approach with the patient to make the patient aware and to make them realise the outcome. The best part is that Dr.Banavar will also let you know as to if there are any alternatives and also as to what could be the outcome if a corrective process/procedures are not done... this again is thru my personal experiences as I had delayed a procedure that was suggested by Dr.Banavar and during covid time I was stuck overseas and could not get any required attention for my issues ... it was at that time I realised "I wish I had listened to Her". Few of my friends are her patients and they too have the same opinion that "Dr.Banavar cares about the patient welfare" Dr.Banavar's treatment is based on What is the best for the patient. I am glad that I am in safe hands of Dr.Banavar.
