Kevin and Patrick came within a couple of days and at the time they were expected. They checked my system and walked with me around the property, explaining everything to me. Kevin got my approval on everything I needed and the price of each item before doing anything. I had on section with a large leak, which they showed me, and I asked them to add another head where there was none. I couldn't be more pleased with their work or price. I believe it was a fair price. This was the fourth year I've had companies come for maintenance, and Morning Mist is the only one that did the job correctly. Thank you.

We needed concrete put down in our garage as well as a support beam in the center. Levan gave us a quote and we expected the work to be done professionally and done well. Unfortunately, we were in for a rude awakening. You will see in the attached photos that the concrete dried in a sloppy uneven way. He told us the color would even out in a few days and it never did. He also told us he would put up a pressure treated beam to support the center of our garage. My husband went to stain the wooden beam today and there were cracks in the wood (so definitely not pressure treated) and the side beams had major gaps and added no further support. See photos attached. Additionally, the day the work was done they dumped wet concrete on the side of our driveway, saying they would come get it once it dried. We had texts full of excuses as to why they couldn't clean up the concrete for a full week. After we kept texting, he finally came and cleaned it up. There is a photo of the remnants of that as well. Not to mention, photos of the cement footprints left on our driveway. Oh and to top it all off, they dumped one of their wheelbarrows on a neighbor's property. I guess they saw it was heavily wooded so why not dump it there? Lastly, I took a screenshot of the text I received from Levan after confronting him about the wooden beam that was poorly constructed in our garage. He told us "we got what we paid for." We never haggled for a price. He gave us one price and we agreed. He didn't tell us we were agreeing to half assed work! Very unprofessional!

While my husband and I were more than open to suggestions, Frank nailed exactly what we had envisioned from the start. He provided us with materials to review together and we just ended up loving what he had suggested. I felt a sense of security and comfort after meeting him - I am so glad we moved forward using Blue Diamond! Frank wrote up our contract, mailed it for signature and was flexible about starting as we had to demo the deck we had which was no easy task but we knew we could do that ourselves until we got to the removal of the posts which were filled in with concrete! I called Frank in a panic on a Sunday night and he responded with "No problem! We can take care of that for you! Don't worry, Andrea!" Showed up the next day with his partner, Chris and they whipped through that post removal - 1,2,3! It was impressive. The job took a week or so. Frank & Chris were meticulous with everything they did from setting the new stairs, to veneering them, creating a level surface for the pavers and finally right down to placing each paver ever so perfectly! I had the utmost trust in both of them and I can't say enough about their work ethic. They were so kind on top of all of it. Even after a tiring day of back breaking work - they still had a smile on their faces when I would go check in. Sign of two people who genuinely just love what they do!!!
