Levan was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. When talking with him about our project to quote (front walkway and stairs) you could tell he was extremely passionate about and knowledgeable on his craft. Regarding quote, pricing was reasonable and competitive. Once we have go ahead, we were able to schedule project for two weeks later. On project day, Levan and his team were quick yet meticulous. Two days of work was miraculously completed in one, leaving a bit of clean up / haul for day two. His team helped to remove grass as well to create new flower beds in our front yard. AND they weeded our existing beds! I would HIGHLY recommend Levan and Iberia Masonry. read more

Very unprofessional and rude. The owner had a terrible attitude, used profanity toward clients, and even blasted customers on social media instead of handling issues professionally. Completely unacceptable behavior from a business owner. read more

Hire at your own risk. The owner, Levan, will seem reassuring at first and then end up being a huge disappointment. We needed concrete put down in our garage as well as a support beam in the center. Levan gave us a quote and we expected the work to be done professionally and done well. Unfortunately, we were in for a rude awakening. You will see in the attached photos that the concrete dried in a sloppy uneven way. He told us the color would even out in a few days and it never did. He also told us he would put up a pressure treated beam to support the center of our garage. My husband went to stain the wooden beam today and there were cracks in the wood (so definitely not pressure treated) and the side beams had major gaps and added no further support. See photos attached. Additionally, the day the work was done they dumped wet concrete on the side of our driveway, saying they would come get it once it dried. We had texts full of excuses as to why they couldn't clean up the concrete for a full week. After we kept texting, he finally came and cleaned it up. There is a photo of the remnants of that as well. Not to mention, photos of the cement footprints left on our driveway. Oh and to top it all off, they dumped one of their wheelbarrows on a neighbor's property. I guess they saw it was heavily wooded so why not dump it there? Lastly, I took a screenshot of the text I received from Levan after confronting him about the wooden beam that was poorly constructed in our garage. He told us "we got what we paid for." We never haggled for a price. He gave us one price and we agreed. He didn't tell us we were agreeing to half assed work! Very unprofessional! read more

If I could rate anything lower than a one star I would. He was hired for my family's fire place. We caught him sleeping in his truck multiple times. We ignored it at first as his other worker was inside working hard. As soon as the job was completed we checked the finished work and noticed some mistakes. We reached out multiple times and he was completely rude and said there was no issue. Would NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!! read more

Hired to stone a wall and fireplace. it was completed sloppy with excess mortar all over the rocks and oozing like an ice cream sandwich. He likes to talk a big game. He would sleep in the truck while his employee would do the work. Also , took out the entire room electrical power, and never even shared with us what had happened. Discovered it on our own after he left. Do your research before you hire. Thousands of dollars spent and now have to hire someone to fix it. read more

Levan was amazing! He was prompt in his response when I reached out initially. He showed me pictures of similar jobs, sent me to the right place and the right people to pick the colors for the materials, and never went back on his word. He quoted me a fair price up front and laid out what would happen and when. He was determined to get the job done before the weather made it impossible to set the stone and was always friendly and professional. It came out even better than we all had hoped. Top marks! read more

Would not recommend, very sloppy, will mess up the work and make you waste thousands of dollars.

Levan does great work. He did my steps and patio last year and they are holding up great. He came the same day I called for an estimate and was able to give a better price than any of the other quotes I received. He completed the job in less than a week and cleaned up afterwards. I have recommended him to friends and family! If you are looking for good work and a good price look no further ! read more

Iberia Masonry - Steps and walkway built by Levan. - Masonry/Concrete Near Me

This is a long due review. Levan and his team has done a fantastic job in ourt driveway and walkway. Although we have waited several months for the material (that could not be avoided unfortunately and beyond anyone's control) the job was performed quickly, neatly and professionally. Levan is involved in every step of the way to guarantee the best results to his clients. I would definitely recommend it. read more

Such an honest straight up guy. Definitely recommend Levan! So we had part of our paving slabs collapse and immediately knew we had to fix this ASAP. I contacted 4 different contractors or so and got some ridiculously high quotes to fix it. Levan came over to our house, and actually found out underneath the slab was an air vent. He recommended to actually get a metal sheet cut. He took the measurements, next day came back in the afternoon with a made to measure cut and fixed the situation at a good price. Solid bloke!! I am ecstatic about the way my patio pavers came out. Never thought I could afford to have pavers, but Levan made it affordable, and did the job in one day-amazing! Levan was very professional and thorough in explaining the whole project. I highly recommend Iberia Masonry and Levan for all your masonry projects. read more

Levan did pavers for my backyard and I had a great experience. He is a person of solid character, a strong work ethic,  and does not compromise on integrity. He's very good with communication and being prompt with his work. I've had a lot of people come and go to do different work at my house,  but Levan's work  is probably the best I've seen.  I would recommend him to anyone that would require his services. You won't be disappointed! read more

Levan Installed a nicolock wall and shrubbery containment the length of my home, he refaced my front steps and skim coat cemented my foundation He and his team were on site for two days start to finish! He carted out all the debri left my driveway swept clean and left the topsoil he delivered raked and leveled. He spent 30 minutes listening to what I wanted done, made a few suggestions and was ready in a week to begin my job. He replaced the foundation vents as well and drilled some air holes in my fire pit. He's a great man that does great work. you will not be disappointed with his workmanship and will be impressed with his speed. read more

If you are looking for first class paving work at reasonable prices, look no further. Levan and his crew go the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. He provided a very detailed proposal and scope of work, something that most other contractors never do. Levan updated us almost daily on his progress which was very appreciated as we were not home most days he was working. The quality of work is second to none and unlike most, he used all poured concrete as the base around our pool. He was able to craft an amazing patio around our semi-above ground pool that makes it look like an in ground. read more

Levan came and gave us an estimate for our front walkway and sidewalk and sent us to pick out the bricks for our walkway. He came and did the job and ever since he completed the job we have received daily compliments from passerbys how nice the work looks. Would definitely use Iberia again and most definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

I recently had a patio & indoor stonework done and I could not be happier with both. Levan is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect pavers and stone for the style/look that we envisioned. Levan & his crew were amazing. They are professional, very easy to deal with and most importantly did a great job. Rest assured you are in good hands with Iberia Masonry. read more

Don't look anywhere else, he is resonantly priced but you get one of the most experienced and professional workers you can get. He put cement in my garage and put stones in the drive way. Came out a lot better then I envisioned it! read more

I could not be happier with the work that Levan and team did to my backyard. I met with a lot of different masonry and paver companies, most of which quoted astronomical prices and felt very impersonal. Levan provided me with a fair quote, which is what I was budgeting for. His work truly speaks for itself. He arrived at 8am everyday and worked round the clock. He cut no corners and it was very easy to see that he takes pride in his work. He promised to have the job done in 3 days, and exactly 3 days later I had a beautiful backyard patio area made from Cambridge pavers. The overall experience with Levan could not have been better. I highly recommend him for any paver or masonry work, he is top of the line. read more

Iberia Masonry did an excellent job of expanding my patio. From beginning to end it was a pleasure working with Levan and his men. His estimate was fair and he spent a lot of time explaining how he wood do the job. Both he and his men were friendly and helpful, worked so hard and took pride in doing an excellent job. When Levan started to place the stones he felt that the quality of what he had been given was not up to his standards. Despite all the hard work involved, he removed them all and returned with beautiful bluestone. The job was not only professionally done but resulted in a magnificent and unique patio. We are so glad we chose Iberia Masonry and if we need any work done in the future , will absolutely call them again. Nancy G. August 2, 2016 read more

AVOID. I accepted his estimate and was given a start date. I confirmed the date a week prior to the expected start date. He did not show. No call, no text, nothing. When I questioned him as to why he never showed, this was his text response "this is balls to the walls work for us and if we skip a guy. No hard feelings. Just move on. Shit happens" read more

We are so happy with that we chose Iberia Masonry to do work on our new home. From the moment we met Levan to discuss details and pricing for our project, we knew he was the man for the job. You could tell he had a great knowledge of what the job entailed and explained the whole process and discussed the materials to be used in detail. His pricing is beyond fair and reasonable. Levan and his workers worked seamlessly throughout the job and constantly kept us in the loop and made sure we were happy every step of the way. You could tell Levan was passionate about his work and took great pride in the final result. We have gotten so many compliments on the work done from neighbors and friends. That is what you will get if you use Iberia Masonry, quality work and outstanding transformations of your homes. We would highly recommend using them! read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. OWNER LEVAN KHMALADZE OVERBOOKS AND LEAVES YOU HANGING!! Levan sent us an invoice in May and agreed in a text message that he would start next month on June 19. He promised to finish the patio before our family reunion on July 4th and before hot tub delivery. On June 19th he sent a text, "I had oral surgery yesterday" and then later another text, "I had to fire one of my crews" and then, "I'm not gonna dance around your drumbeats" and finally admitted that, "I had jobs double booked" and offered to do everything in September. From June 19th to September!! I don't think so.. I can't believe I let this man into our home to discuss the project. He is fake and only cares about his pockets and not the families he is hurting. I am contacting the BBB and will scramble to hire someone else so we have a patio to put under the hot tub. I'm also paying my lawyer, he said it's a contract breach and we can get incidental and compensatory damages. DO NOT TRUST. read more

Did great work. Fast. Well priced. Kept me well informed every step of the way during the work. Highly recommend.

I had called a few other places for my cracked sidewalk; since it was just a few panels I got the runaround. But these guys gave me a straight pricing structure right up front, came to see the place right away and scheduled the work in two weeks. They are a small company and the ones I confirmed with were the ones who did the work. They were neat, thorough and gave even this simple project some design touches. I need to get my porch done and plan to use them again. read more
