Wowwwwww is all I can say. I have been to many chiropractors, but no one can compare to Dr. Masoud. I came for the first time last week, my back was so bad that I couldn't get out of the car, Dr. Masoud actually came down and helped me up. He did a thorough examination to see what my issue is, it turned out to be a herniated disc. It was so bad, the pain would shoot from my lower back down to my knee; I couldn't walk. As soon as I would try to walk I would get a muscle spasm and black out. Today was my third visit to him and wow I feel normal again! I can walk, sit, wear my shoes, and just be free! Terrible experience. I had a lower back injury from a Brazilian jiujitsu tournament. He told me it was a possible spinal fracture and referred me to get an x-ray. This was totally wrong it was only mild spondylosis. After he referred me for x-rays, he said he would contact me about the results. I had to contact him and he referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. (For mild spondylosis?) Today I saw a PT sports specialist who made me feel much better. He also said spondylosis is routine amongst athletes and it sounds like this chiropractor is trying to get as much money as he can through referrals. Use at your own risk! read more

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Masoud for over three years. The adjustments, treatments, and advice I have received from both Dr. Masoud and Mabby Shamaeizadeh have had an entirely positive affect on myself and my family's health. When I first contacted Soft Touch Wellness, I had been living with severe back pain and disability for more then a couple years. Being a member of the Motion Picture Health Plan, I had seen several doctors, had scans performed when I was in too much pain to even lie on the table, was told I was too young to have the back pain I was experiencing, went through months of physical therapy and saw very little change in my health and mobility. UNINSURED CROOK!!! He wrecked my back and actually made it worse. If I could give him zero stars I would. One of his recommendations was to not eat for 3 days and only drink cranberry juice to clean my kidneys. What Dr. would recommend that!?!?!? Immediately after my visit with him I was in horrible pain. I was barely able to drive home and later had to be taken to the ER due to severe pain. Several days later I got an MRI which revealed a massive herniated disc at my L5-S1 level. I had to get a Microdiscectomy to resolve the pain. When I called the so called Dr. Masoud to get his malpractice insurance information he tells me that he let his insurance lapse due to his financial troubles and is still uninsured. Now due to him I have a back problem and I'm only 32 and I have lots of medical bills piling in. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. read more

I visited Dr. Masoud at the urging of a co-worker when I slipped a disc in my back. What he did for me was nothing short of miraculous. I was in so much pain I could barely move. I went to an orthopedist as well, just to cover all my bases, and I was appalled. The first thing he asked me was which medication I wanted to go on because "You'll need meds and basically this ailment would correct itself in time." Dr. Masoud, on the other hand, worked with me by applying techniques which actually helped the disc repair itself. He is very strong and I believe this helped as well with the amount of pressure applied. Within two weeks I was back to normal and I have been well ever since.
