Unfortunately, despite being a loyal and respectful customer, my overall experience with the business has become increasingly disappointing. The biggest issue is the customer service outside of the actual appointments. Whoever is responsible for responding to client messages and handling appointment scheduling comes across as unprofessional, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. Booking appointments or communicating with the business often feels frustrating rather than welcoming. A business that depends on repeat clients should treat every interaction with professionalism and courtesy, and that has not been my experience. Another concern is the inconsistency in the quality of the lash technicians. While I have had wonderful experiences with a couple of them, several others have been surprisingly rude and lacked the customer service skills I would expect from a luxury beauty business. On two separate occasions, lash technicians pulled on my natural lashes hard enough that it was painful. Instead of apologizing or checking to make sure I was okay, one technician raised her voice and told me not to move--even though I had not moved at all. That interaction left me feeling blamed for something that wasn't my fault and made an already uncomfortable experience much worse. A simple apology and kindness would have gone a long way. I do want to recognize the technicians who consistently provide exceptional service because they deserve the credit. Sophia and Selina are outstanding. They are professional, gentle, highly skilled, and always make me feel comfortable. They take pride in their work, communicate respectfully, and provide the kind of customer experience that keeps clients coming back. If every technician and staff member reflected their level of professionalism, this would easily be a five-star business. This review is not meant to attack anyone personally. It is honest feedback from someone who has invested a lot of time and money into this business and genuinely wanted to continue supporting it. Excellent technical skills are only one part of running a successful beauty business. Respectful communication, professionalism, accountability, and making clients feel valued are just as important. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously because there is tremendous potential here. Improving client communication, providing additional customer service training, and fostering a culture where clients are treated with respect would make a significant difference.
