Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's​ clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected​ better than this. Thanks,​ Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

I found Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath when searching…read moreonline for nearby places I could visit to compare prices to a quote I had already received from elsewhere. After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! And I can never thank Furkhan enough for his insights and suggestions and handling the project with such professionalism as well as following up on every detail to ensure the incredible results we achieved! The advice that she gave regarding my oversize medicine cabinet really helped to pull my bathroom together and I wouldn't have considered it had not been for her. I have had less than amazing experiences with contractors in the past, specifically where certain questions or follow-ups were treated like a nuisance. Jay and his crew understood that my home is my sanctuary and also my investment. Any concerns or questions that came along as we worked through my renovation were always welcome and treated with respect. Answers were thorough and the approach to every detail of the project was handled with amazingly specific care - including keeping the work space and the common areas outside of the space very clean at the end of each work day. Jay and I collaborated very well while trying to narrow down tile choices for my bathroom and the effort he made to ensure we got exactly what I wanted (tile pattern, finish, and size) was beyond commendable. We agreed on the other design elements in the room, after coupling my needs with his expert advice. I even decided to switch one of my shower choices after considering his advice. Once we were clear on what needed to go where, the team went to work and the work was amazing! The project began on Monday, March 3, 2025, and was completed by April 4--a smooth, timely turnaround.
