Stayed in the Deluxe Room for 3 nights on the 6th floor and had an exquisite time. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and we were able to communicate in English. The room was fairly spacious, included a mini fridge and a Nespresso machine. We tried their breakfast which had pastries, eggs, fruit, cheese, yogurt, etc. The only minor complaint is that there isn't a curtain for the shower which caused the floor to get a little wet.

Amazing hotel with amazing service, convenient to everything. The Paris Baltimore is a fine hotel. Our family stayed there on an overseas trip. The service was just amazing. We had a room on the second floor that overlooked the street cafe's below, and we could just see the top of the Eiffel Tower. This hotel is convenient to everything. You can catch the bus nearby, or walk to the Eiffel Tower and catch buses there. It is a short walk from the Champs Elysees. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The concierge was amazing. We wanted a small grocery, he directed us to one just around the corner. When it rained, we were going to buy an umbrella, but the concierge would not hear of it. He provided us with an umbrella. Our daughter came down ill while we stayed, and he found a doctor that would make a house call to our room at a reasonable cost. The breakfast is nothing like you have ever had at another hotel - simply scrumptious. Their coffee was excellent. I cannot say enough about the environment and the food. And make sure you see the hotel from the outside when you stay there. It is beautiful. For a higher end hotel, the Baltimore was one of the best we have ever stayed in.

Room 611- very nice compared to the other 3 room we had.

5 stars for the staff! And the fabulous daily buffet! Room 611 was a gem - we had 3 rooms and although 611 had a view of apartment living it was the largest and very nice bathroom. It is centrally located. 20 mins walk to the arc and shopping. 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and beautiful park. A little market a few doors down and Jamin, a wonderful French restaurant just around the corner. Tip!!! Do not leave a tip for the cleaning staff. The hotel charged us $3 per person per night as a service fee. That was quite a surprise when checking out after we thought the trip was paid for through the travel agency.

A great hotel in the heart of the 16th district. The hotel is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe. The Metro is also within a few blocks of the property. The rooms are typical size for Paris, but the amenities of the room are great. Hotel staff is also great. Tips: make an effort to speak French, even a simple bonjour will go along way. Also, there's a small local market down the stretch on Kleber, go there to stock up on snacks or any drinks.

Amazing start to our first trip to Paris, Veuve in our room which was ready early, which is nice after traveling 16+ hours. Plus a very nice mixture of pastries and fruit with a kind note on our special occasion! Top notch service, very nice suite...glad we have 7 more nights here....we'll done!

Each balcony room was perfectly appointed and prettily decorated, comfortable beds but most importantly spotless (and cleaned each day). There are luxurious guest robes and many soft towels. The bathroom was so pretty and also spotless. The staff treats you like family and they are friendly, warm and so helpful. Prior to our arrival Alavia arranged airport transfers for our party of 6 as well as multiple restaurant reservations. While we were there, the staff arranged for our transfer to Versailles and helped us with reservations on two more occasions. All recommendations they made were wonderful. The lobby is also so comfortable and they serve breakfast downstairs in the hotel. The night before our departure, a thank you note and chocolate was left in my room as well as a tote bag. Such a special treat for us on a night we were sad to be leaving the next day. We fell in love with Paris and hope to go back. If we do, we will stay at Hotel Signature again! Thank you to Delphine, Manuela, Frances and Alavia for making my family feel so welcome in your beautiful hotel.

She took the time to give us a map and orient us to the hotel's location in relation to all of the major landmarks. We rode the very cute and very small elevator up to our room on the 6th floor. There are only about six rooms on each floor, so it is small and quaint in the best of ways. Upon opening the door to our room, we were greeted with the most lovely king suite. The suite was well appointed, with a large closet and shelves for storing your stuff, a mini fridge, a TV, etc. The wallpaper was totally intriguing, covered in black and white sketches of different Paris scenes and landmarks. Upon further inspection, we found that the wallpaper wasn't actually wallpaper! It was some kind of fabric wall covering like a canvas stretched over a frame. It was super cool and so representative of this intimate hotel. In our room, we also found a lovely personalized welcome note. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the people at this hotel are. We were assured that there is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and indeed there was. On Christmas Day, we returned to our room to find a handwritten Christmas note along with some little treats from the nearby Maison du Chocolat, which we learned ourselves is NOT cheap. Manuela was a tremendous source of information for us, giving us directions, recommendations and helping us with special requests. The bed was very comfortable, our suite was clean and quiet. The bathroom was fine. We will absolutely return next time we're in Paris.

When we arrived, there were flowers and champagne waiting for us in the room. We opened the door to the balcony and the view took our breaths away! The room was spacey and gorgeous; I felt like a princess in a fairytale during our entire stay. When we opened the window, it felt like the opening scene of Beauty and the Beast when Belle greets the town with "Bonjour!" Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and it was so nice to come back to a clean room. The absolute only feedback I really have is that I wish there were more power outlets inside the room. Other than that, this is the perfect Parisian hotel, especially for a romantic vibe. :)

It is situated very close to the subway and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The service here is a superb and the daily breakfast is splendid with the hot chocolate being their speciality. The rooms are clean and compact and elegant enough that you that you truly are in Paris and not in a facsimile of Paris. Although the staff here speaks English we made sure to learn basic French in order to greet them and extend our thanks. If you are on a budget, make sure you fill up during breakfast so that you won't be hungry again until dinner time. Our stay here was truly memorable and enjoyable as I'm sure yours will be too.

Clean hotel, nice amenities, very friendly and helpful staff from the breakfast staff to front desk to maintenance to concierge. Everyone was great and would drop everything to give me advice on sights to see, transportation, food options, and more. The rooms were expensive and above our original budget but with a 12 and 14 year old we realized a few years ago we need 2 rooms to be happy when we travel. This place is perfect and worth the money. We had planned to eat breakfast out a few times, but the hotel buffet breakfast had everything you need and enabled us to be out the door to see Paris faster than sitting down somewhere. The location is walkable to Louvre and Jardin Luxembourg, and to so many lively streets in St Germain. We ate a lot on Rue Buci and Rue de Seine, and on the streets behind the hotel such as Rue Princesse. So much to do near this hotel. We also used the metro with a stop beside the hotel, and explored the churches in St Germain which were breathtaking- no crowds and just as magnificent as Notre Dame. We all got a great night's sleep every night here, which we needed after exploring so much of Paris every day. We felt at home here and felt safe in the hotel and area.

The street that it's on is equipped with grocery store Franprix & restaurant Ernest with other eateries nearby. Also within walking distance are two metro stations & the Jardin du Luxembourg. We booked two adjoining rooms which were more spacious than say, a boutique hotel. The Pullman was renovated in 2021 so everything felt new & updated. Clean, firm beds. Shower head had three water stream options. Just a heads up for us short girlies that the bathtub wall is quite high so be extra careful getting in & out. To access the lobby, ride the escalator to the 2nd floor. To operate elevator, enter your floor & you'll be directed to the correct door. Prompt, efficient service, all around. The woman who checked us in was thorough & informative, & any request we made to housekeeping was fulfilled or delivered to us within minutes. Upon check-in, you'll pay a per person, per day, tourism tax (I assume sort of like a resort fee.) Highly recommend staying at the Pullman Montparnasse if you don't want to be in the center of a busy, loud street but want easy access to livelier areas nearby. Merci bien for an unforgettable stay.
