That truck number was nowhere to be found, so I went inside for help. When I showed the employee the number, she responded sharply, saying she could read it and that I did not need to hold the phone near her face. She also said the truck number had nothing to do with picking up the truck because I would need a key anyway. I tried to explain that the instructions specifically told me to locate the truck, but she interrupted me and dismissed the issue. Rather than argue, I left. After years of positive experiences at this location, I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I used to recommend this business to others, but this experience changed that impression.
