After much searching we found Clockmaker's Corner which was under an hour drive from our home. After taking the clock in for an estimate, they were up front on how long it might take before they would be able to start working on it and then how long before it potentially would be ready for pickup. Communication through text was excellent and they kept me up-to-date on status. Repair costs were very reasonable (estimate was spot on to what it actually cost). We were able to take it to my mom, hang it, and start it a few days ago.
