I recently visited Sofia's Pizza and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The food itself tastes fine -- no major complaints there -- but the customer service and pricing are major issues. The man working there was extremely rude and came off as easily offended by very neutral, simple questions. Instead of responding professionally, he reacted emotionally and defensively, which made the interaction uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect, not attitude. On top of that, the pricing feels unreasonable. The Sofia's Pizza location on S. Eastern charges about $11 less for ordering the exact same food. That kind of price difference for the same items is ridiculous and hard to justify. It feels like prices keep going up without any real explanation or added value. Overall, while the food is decent, the poor customer service and inconsistent pricing make it hard to recommend this location. read more

Super underrated spot here in Vegas. The pizza is really good and inexpensive. The wings are crispy and covered in sauce. It's my favorite pizza spot honestly. read more

My boyfriend and I did a quick visit on the way to a work event. We got a single slice to share which the manager cut in half for us so it was easier to share. It's a small place but everything was good! I needed a little bit more seasoning on the pizza itself but otherwise it was a great experience. $5 for a giant slice and a soda can't be beat! Looking forward to our next visit. read more

I decided to stop by because I was in walking range of this pizza spot I figured why not get a pizza on a Sunday night ! I went in ordered the pizza with wings chicken tenders fries and a soda ! Walked back to where I stay a five min walk , from The outside the pizza looked cooked and the bottom of the pizza was cooked ! Took a bite wasn't cooked I could taste the dough ! Called the lady who took my order to inform Her about the pizza she said bring the pizza back I bring it back ! I believe it's her husband who makes the pizzas in the back he was completely rude yelling at me when I got there cussing ! Saying this pizza was cooked I was polite but he was very rude ! Yelling , tossing things in the kitchen just completely rude he was not going to give me another pizza and refused to serve me for a mistake he made in the kitchen ! I was being kind to him in a talking manner just completely rude and negative ! He did replace the pizza but when he did he gave me a pizza I didn't even request those toppings ! I just let it be I didn't need anymore negativity ! Needless to say I will not be going back !Definitely needs to work on their customer service and the way they respond to their customers on a mistake the cook made for not serving fully cooked pizza and having it be served still doughy Maybe would have a better review if they knew how to talk to their customers and fully cooked their pizzas not serving them still doughy ! read more

Took a while before anyone even acknowledged me. I ended up calling as I was standing at the counter. It was hot AF in there. They had an evaporator cooler, but apparently no water. Just blowing hot air like a giant hair dryer. Hard to understand the lady taking my order. I ordered a large, but she took the order as an extra large. That was fine, we all ate it, but feel like I was upgraded in a less than appropriate manner. So service was mediocre at best. However, the important part was the . And it was amazing! Pizza was 5 stars all the way, just deducted 1 star for their service. read more

Best pizza I've had in Vegas yet. And I've eaten a lot of different places. I will definitely be ordering delivery from them again. It was really hot. It was really fast and it was really good. read more

Here's the deal: if you're coming to a hole-in-the-wall pizza joint on the Eastside expecting 5 star service, you need to reevaluate your life. Also, who the hell goes into a pizza joint and orders salads, subs or anything other than a pizza? Just stop. Their only fresh made food is pizza and pizza related items(calzones, strombolis, etc) so if that hurts your feelings, this ain't the place for you. Here's what you don't get at this Sofia's: 1. Quick, attentive service with a smile. 2. A place to sit If I've kept you this long, here's what you actually get at this Sofia's: 1. A sense of euphoria because you made it past the hard shell exterior and found paradise. 2. The aroma of freshly cooked pizza dough when you walk in 3. The best tasting pizza you may ever have. Any questions? read more

Me and my family are new to the neighborhood. We are very excited about exploring and supporting all the wonderful local businesses throughout the community. One hungry Friday night we decided it was time to try the closest pizza restaurant by us. We ordered one medium pizza with two toppings. Please tell me why I was quoted $25.00 . We were all very sad. I consider a couple extra dollars more than the larger chains... but WOW! I can't afford that on a retirement budget. I'm scared to look at the rest of their menu items. Considering the location is surrounded by active senior communities maybe add a senior discount day or usable coupons for your local supporters. I gave 3 stars because the young man taking my order was friendly, professional and understanding when I sadly had to cancel that ridiculous expensive pizza. read more

Worst customer service over the phone trying to order for pick up. The guy was very rude. Called Saturday August 8th at 4:30 pm and the guy who answered seemed like he didn't even want to take our order. Worst customer service. In addition he hung up on me and blocked my number while trying to call back. He asked me what size, I said large. He asked 14" or 16" I said the large one assuming the 16" so he kept asking 14" or 16" so I said the large! He said no, the large one is 20". I did not get why would he even ask me what size or tell me only two sizes if they had 3. Weird... but first time trying to buy here and will be my last. read more

This location for Sofia's Pizza sucks. Their food is disgusting. Soggy onion rings for one, when we called they said they are supposed to be soggy....WTF umm no! Two, soggy fries that looked like they were cooked the day before . Supposed to be a cheese steak . The bread was soggy and really dark brown and the meat tasted nasty. 30 dollars for nasty disgusting food that was old. There is no way this food was fresh. DON'T waste your money or time. Order from someone else. They are rude and don't want to issue u a refund. Plus when u call and complain they are full of excuses apparently they don't know good customer service. read more

This establishment is the best place to get a pizza in Las Vegas! The price is amazing and the toppings are always fresh and completely customizable. I have had some trouble locating something close to the pizza I used to know, being from Chicago, but this restaurant quickly became a favorite for me when I wanted an affordable and delicious pizza! I have other items on the menu and I have honestly never been disappointed with the food. Some items are costly but I never find myself with buyers remorse either. thanks for listening read more

A friend lives and works nearby and orders regularly. I've stopped by a few times to pick up instead - but have never seen anyone eating in the restaurant itself. Pizza is always what's ordered, and it's really quite good - as long as you know how to order it. They have a 5.99 extra large cheese pizza special - for pick up only. When ordering on the phone make sure to tell them you're picking up for a regular customer, as they tend to skimp on the sauce and cheese if that's all you're ordering. Sometimes I go in and wait while they make it - and then it's the best bargain, super cheesy and balanced perfectly with the sauce! Crust type is your choice - I don't usually eat the crust, I eat theirs because it's so tasty. You can have thin or Chicago deep - any type of crust you like, all are hand tossed, and the pizzas are up to a true 16 inches, perfect for a group of people - which is usually what we do when a group of friends are getting together. Pizza specials give great value, for example: two 16" pizzas with 4 toppings each are only $22.50. Compared to Pizza Hut: 2 "Large" pizzas with 4 toppings each are $28. 'Nuff said. They do deliver, and offer other food, chicken, burgers, salads and the like, I've seen the burgers and they look ok, and ordered the 1/2 chicken once - it was way too dry. I also understand they have more locations around Vegas, but this is the only one I've ordered from. read more
