I'm not sure if it's just been a series of bad days, but this location consistently gets my orders…read morewrong. My iced vanilla latte is rarely made correctly. The coffee often tastes burnt, and it seems like there's little to no vanilla syrup in it. The last three times I've ordered one, all I've tasted was burnt coffee with almost no vanilla flavor. I've also had issues with other drinks. For example, I ordered a Honey Bun Chiller and received it without whipped cream, and on another visit it wasn't blended properly. Sometimes it's missing the caramel drizzle as well. This drink hasn't been made correctly for at least the past couple of months. Another time, I ordered an Orange Sherbet drink and was given what tasted like some kind of Monster soda or energy drink instead. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. At this point, it feels like there is a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. The same mistakes keep happening over and over, whether it's missing ingredients, incorrect preparation, or even receiving the wrong drink altogether. I used to enjoy coming here, but the consistency and overall quality have noticeably declined. Some additional training on order accuracy and following drink recipes would go a long way.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by whom I'm assuming were the owners. I mentioned that I saw an advertisement for a free smoothie. She said yes, but that it was free with purchase of a food item and after downloading the app. After downloading the app, we were back in business. Since I had an upcoming boxing class in a couple hours, I went with something light and got the spinach, pesto, and feta wrap but without the feta. I chose the Island Green for my smoothie, which consists of spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, and banana. I decided to sit at the bar while my items were being made. After a few minutes, one of the owners walked from behind the counter and handed me my food. I was floored. I don't take gestures like that for granted, especially since he didn't have to do that. I chatted with him for a bit while the other owner continued processing the orders. He said they've been open since January and business has been going really well. I ended up eating this in my car since I still had a few other places to go. The wrap was the perfect size (at least for me)! It was a bit on the smaller side but still packed a powerful punch. The egg and pesto were spot on; I don't recall tasting the peppers but it may have been because I was so hungry! The smoothie was delicious and had the right amount of sweetness and nutrition minus the guilt. Due to the promo, I only paid for the sandwich, so getting a 2-1 is always a win in my book! Overall, the owners couldn't have been nicer. I felt welcome from the moment I entered. I love all the different options for food and drinks, and especially like that you can add enhancements. I def. plan on making this place a staple in my routine and you should too!
