The other company wanted to charge me over $2200 to replace my expansion tank, pressure relief valve, and purge my gas boiler. I was dumbfounded. I visited Coles and explained to the nice young lady at the desk what I needed done and about the other plumber. She told me yes, they were cheaper, and the following day, she sent me a quote. My jaw dropped on how much cheaper Coles was charging. Chris came over. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do before doing anything to the boiler. If he ran into a hiccup, he would inform me before doing anything. I really appreciated that. He considered me and not do whatever without discussing it with me. Chris replaced several valves, replaced the expansion tank, cleaned the boiler, replaced a thermostat, and purged the boiler and the cost was much less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me. Coles was honest, reasonable, professional, courteous. If only more businesses were like that. May God bless abundantly the Coles business, their families, everyone who works for them. We (wife & I) even complained and it seems the company took the complaint serious but the rep was still slightly rude, probably pissed that I complained. I use this company only because the tanks they own are already in place at my home and I didn't want the hassle of having them moved during the cold season. If you have an option for a propane provider and/or don't have the worry of having the tanks moved I would consider a competitor. My fuel at home comes automatically and that's probably the best relationship you will get from the vendor because you don't have to roll the dice in getting a rep that hates his job. Since enrolling in automatic fuel delivery I have had no problems with service, however I do not use them for maintenance of my heating system.

To my surprise on the day we are celebrating Thanksgiving with friends and family hosted at my home- the house smelled of propane. Checking the tank it was at 7%. Mind you i had just returned home from a structure fire and needed to shower whilst everyone was cooking dinner. I will not hesitate to say the women that originally answered the phone was great and we got propane delivered shortly after. However my lovely ring camera pointed at the propane tank caught the delivery person complaining about the delivery, and that he has family at home too. This is His job. Its Saturday yes sure- but had there had been automatic delivery like I am signed up for this would not have ever been an issue. Not my fault the company failed to do their job in the first place. So it was lovely to walk outside to tip the delivery person for the inconvenience even though- it was their fault to begin with- and be yelled at for it being on 7% and not completely out stating it could have waited until Monday. (Again were cooking Thanksgiving dinner,there's 12 ppl visiting that need to shower, preferably in hot water heated by propane and its supposed to be in the 30s so no delivery guy- that aint lasting until Monday )The funnier part of the matter was he yelled at a guest of my home and my girlfriend who went out to greet him. Needless to say his tip went back into my friends pocket and another propane company was immediately contacted to switch services.

Besson was contracted in early May to replace our aging central air system, We chose them over two…read moreother contractors because they also offered an inside duct sealing service that maximizes system efficiency. This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else

This place is a SCAM! We received the part under warranty from Rheem water heaters and were told a…read moretechnician should be able to replace it in one hour. Royal Class (maybe should be spelled differently) sent a man to "analyse" the problem. It coast $150 for the visit in which the guy said we would have to sign on to a one-year maintenance subscription with them for $500+. Then they could do a diagnostic for..."probably around $350 with the 15% diacount." Otherwise the job would be well over $500, The technician had never replace this part. We then called Rycor in New Paltz and they sent a man who put the part in for $150. One hour's work-- and its working fine. This is a subscription SCAM. Many plumber and electrician places are doing this. They have a call center that relays your problem. Not many plumbers (but probably lots of MBAs:}.
