When I asked about my scalp and hair issues, she seemed visibly annoyed, sighing and reluctantly getting up to take a look. It felt as though if you're not paying for cosmetic or cash-based services, the level of care and attention drops significantly. I waited months for this appointment and spent barely ten minutes. The office itself also appears worn down, with noticeable stains on furniture and equipment, which doesn't inspire confidence. Sadly, this visit confirmed what several other reviews have mentioned, poor bedside manner and an overall lack of care. I won't be returning.

When I went for my follow up, they had me stand in front of a certain color background and took pictures and then zoomed in on an iPad and pointed at a specific area on my jawline and said that's where it worked. All it did was actually melt the little bit of fat I had left in my face. Susan offered Radiesse injections but I refused. The whole point of getting the UL therapy was because I didn't want anything injected in my face. Then they gave me a much cheaper treatment of micro needling and said that's all we can do for you. I read reviews from others on a beauty review website that many people have experienced fat melting as a result of this treatment. If anyone is considering getting it, at this place or any other, PLEASE DON'T. I wish I had come across those reviews beforehand.

You can tell she is passionate about her job and was so personable and sweet as well. I experienced no pain during my treatment and barely any redness after. I can already see results and can't wait to see the full results after two weeks! The question is, why if I went to this spa at a different location in 2021 and have a Groupon with a 90 day repurchase clause was I denied a service. The staff were emphatic I didn't tell them it was a Groupon ( I agree to disagree), I was not allowed the service, I was offered a discount on the service. I am now fighting with Groupon for a credit. Before purchasing a Groupon for this establishment , make sure you call, get all the details because they will blame it on advertising issues with Groupon and not take the customer's word into consideration that possibly they could be in the wrong.

Front desk: we would have to charge you $25 for consulatation fee and that's the only time you'll pay for it. Me: consultation fee? For what? I didn't get any consultation or whatsoever (aside from the explanation of what's gonna be done). FD: it's hard to do consultation because everything is done online. And she explained what will be done and that's consultation. Me: (in my mind: are you for real?!) her explaining what will happen is NOT a consultation-- that's a practice done in all services. When you go get a massage, the massage therapist will tell you what's she's gonna do and what will You like. When you go to get your hair done, you're getting asked what you liked. In addition to this, is she a medical doctor to have consultation fee? I didn't get a meal plan or whatever. My husband is a doctor and even he was appalled. I told the front desk that they should have clients be aware of this at the start of the session instead of creeping it after. It left a distasteful first experience and the front desk was not even friendly. Up front tell people how much you really charge instead of sneaking it. Will I come back? Sure. It seems promising. We'll see. Sarah was nice and I don't have problem with the ACTUAL SERVICE I received; just the sneak attack payment.
