I returned to her because back then she gave me good vibes, tried to help with my situation, and even completed a document to ensure my insurance covered it. It was medically necessary. Today I came in for a mole consultation. I've had this mole my whole life, or for as long as I can remember, but it has slowly grown. It's been itching, and I'm now able to squeeze it between my fingers. Long story short, I was concerned about the cancer implications. It doesn't take long to notice that the business is 'money first, everything else later'. I provided my credit card and paid the $200 upfront cost, but had to once again provide this information when I arrived. I understood it was a cosmetic procedure, so it would likely not be covered by insurance, but was more concerned about the possible cancer part. Once you know this, and are okay with that, I suppose it is what it is. Once Dr. Rodney arrived for the consultation, she provided a few options: freeze it or surgically remove it to ensure the 'root' was removed as well. Of course, the surgical option would cost more. If she froze it there was the possibility I'd have to return due to its thickness. I opted for the surgery. The technician whipped out her payment system so I could pay right there on the spot. Perhaps others have run out the door before making payment? I don't know. I suppose anything is possible. We moved to another room, and Dr. Rodney proceeded to remove the mole. She numbed the area so I felt no pain. It was rather quick. I'll return in 10-days to have the stitches removed. I'll update that part after. Overall, it was quick & painless. Well, the only pain was to my wallet, which I would have minded less if they went about it another way. IMO, I prefer the Dr. Rodney of old.

I spent three (3) hours trying to speak to someone, (I was automatically transferred to a different dept. that was automated or I'll leave a call back number. I don't know. But let me tell you a little bit more about the decision you are about to make. My first ever waxer relocated to a whole another state and I was lost for sometime. I tried to become a regular for European Wax but their service and work did not mix well with me. I am currently located at #AspenHills #Rockville and I started looking for waxers. When I went for my follow up, they had me stand in front of a certain color background and took pictures and then zoomed in on an iPad and pointed at a specific area on my jawline and said that's where it worked. All it did was actually melt the little bit of fat I had left in my face. Susan offered Radiesse injections but I refused. The whole point of getting the UL therapy was because I didn't want anything injected in my face. Then they gave me a much cheaper treatment of micro needling and said that's all we can do for you. I read reviews from others on a beauty review website that many people have experienced fat melting as a result of this treatment. If anyone is considering getting it, at this place or any other, PLEASE DON'T. I wish I had come across those reviews beforehand.

The staff were emphatic I didn't tell them it was a Groupon ( I agree to disagree), I was not allowed the service, I was offered a discount on the service. I am now fighting with Groupon for a credit. Before purchasing a Groupon for this establishment , make sure you call, get all the details because they will blame it on advertising issues with Groupon and not take the customer's word into consideration that possibly they could be in the wrong.
