Kelly left me with a written quotation which I found acceptable, so I immediately made a deposit and placed the order. The shades came sooner than expected and were installed less than 4 weeks after they were ordered. The installers clearly knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly. My order included motorized shades which the installers programmed then explained how to work the remote and how often I would need to recharge the batteries. In summary, the process went very smoothly from start to finish, and I'm very pleased with the results. I give Budget Blinds of Santa Rosa my highest recommendation.

I called the office, only to be told by the receptionist that Kelly didn't even have me on her schedule for 2:30 pm that day. No explanation, no apology--just a complete waste of my time. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. He told me Ongaro would NOT REPAIR Goodman hvac systems! His mgr told me the same! They are only interested in selling new systems. I called elevated comfort. Zach came and in 2 minutes identified and fixed the issues. Dampers were stuck and he opened them. Then checked our dual system heat and AC and each vent! It all worked. Do NOT CALL Ongaro.
