If you go to this location............... ask for Justin or Rayshawn. If neither is working that…read moreday, LEAVE. If either is with a customer WAIT. My family mainly, ONLY works with Justin. Justin is absolutely AMAZING!!! We have been giving him a hard time since we first met him in April I believe. We came in for a plan change. We be hitting him with rapid fire questions in succession and he fields them all without breaking a sweat. He always guides us in the direction we need. He is extremely patient and polite, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. He's just all around fantastic!!! He is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. He understands our needs and works diligently to address them. My mother and I recently upgraded our phones. She needed a tutorial and I needed to complete my upgrade. Originally she was scheduled to work with Justin but when it came time for her appointment. He was out sick. He attempted to contact her to reschedule the appointment. She was impatient and opted not to wait. The rep she worked with didn't give her the assistance she needed. She left the store with a new device without knowing how to use it. So when I went in for my forced upgrade because the speaker went out on my phone, she was with me. Justin assisted me for over an hour with my upgrade and he gladly turned around and worked with my mom. He showed her how to use her new device. I still had questions once I left the store, I was able to reach out to Justin and he walked me through precisely how to resolve my issue. One time Justin was unavailable and Rayshawn stepped up to assist. I see he has a loyal customer base as well. He is FUNNY as hell, really needs to be a comedian. He is knowledgeable and patient. His first goal is to get to know you and determine what are your needs and wants. He then deciphers how that equates into choosing a new device that will work best for you and not put a choke hold on your budget. He is very respectful and takes his time. Let me tell you, when my family steps in the door, we're coming in four deep, sometimes it'll be less but we roll deep. We're expecting the customer service to be above and beyond and I promise you, if you work with either Justin or Rayshawn your Verizon experience will exceed your expectations.

I went to the Fenton location a few years ago. My husband who has a flip phone, immediately got a…read morecard and phone was working while we shopped. My phone, which I use for business took over a day to start working. The young person ran my phone through another number, a Chicago number, totally changing my IP address. I live in St. Louis and my number is a former Ladue landline. I have had this number for over twenty years. Now, every time I look things up, it shows result for Chicago. Yes, I have the location on, but results and websites use IP addresses. Numerous complaints to TMobile, they only say turn your location on. Scummy employee taking advantage of us going into the store, instead of getting a card online when I first signed up. My new phone, no physical card, is still connected to that Chicago number IP address. I had texts showing the number he used, but they have been removed a couple months into this heinous assault on my original phone IP. That's why I am still disgusted years later.

For a few weeks, our telephone land line did not work. Spectrum resolved the issues. However, my…read morewife and I decided to cancel the line. On contracting the company, the agent offered a special: transfer the land line and phone number to a cell phone and reduce monthly costs about $60. I accepted the offer. The new phone came promptly. I received several messages to activate the phone. When we tried to activate, the agent could not find the account number, and referred us back to the land line department. The land line folks told us that we have to restore the land line to be able to transfer to the mobile department. And, of course, we are told the phone would be added to the current bill. It appears that the 'left hand' does not know what the 'right hand' is doing. And now all we have is a non-working cell phone and phone number! The company needs to figure out how to resolve this issue and let us know. Even worse, employees have no interest in learning basic information about "other" services. This is a very poor way to run a business. In attempting to resolve this issue, it took multiple phone calls to both mobile and landline areas. I also received email messages saying "Action Required: Contact Us to Complete Your Number Transfer" However, the message does not say which office is experiencing the "issue." Nor does the message say what the issue is. It is very uninformative. This message appears to be sent even when no action is required by the customer. Again, this is a very poor way to run the business. My wife and I discussed transferring our mobile numbers from another provider to Spectrum. With all the challenges just transferring a land line number to mobile, I guess it would be even worse transferring from one company to Spectrum. One company would blame the other for any issues. Note: Generally, Charter Spectrum does a good job. My rating is only for the recent interactions noted above.

I was on the phone for 30 minutes just trying to cancel my land line, which I have pa[d for for unwittingly for 7 years. She told me if I canceled it they would have to upgrade my internet and they would send me new equipment. Since the service was at my cottage and it was closed for the winter, I explained that no one was there to except it. We went round and round and I finally asked her to cancel my service. She said I'd have to drop off the equipment. I explained that there was nobody there to drop it off. I ended up paying the whole amount and will never use the again. I I could have given them 0 stars I would have.
