Usually don't have to wait too long after appointment time. Heidi is super sweet & fast at getting it over with quickly as no one wants to see their baby in pain. Staff has been nice whenever we've visited. Overall happy with the service & care we've received here.

I haven't had to actually go in and physically had to speak to someone yet so I can't speak on the customer service here. The place is always clean and so is the parking lot. It's obviously the same standard price for shipping as any post office but I did notice the one downtown will charge an additional fee for a birthday card to be self scanned and didn't like that. So on top of my postage I had to pay an additional fee at the downtown location.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this location. I needed my package contents delivered so that I…read morecould use them the next day. Not only did they not deliver it, they stated it was due to animal intervention. The only animals I have are indoor cats. I needed those items, so I called to see if I could pick up my packages and they said yes and gave me instructions to do so. I drove to the location they gave me, which had been closed for 10 years. The new occupants gave me the correct address, which was another 10 mins away. So I spent a total of 30 mins just going over there when it should've only took me 10 from my address. Not only did the wild Goose chase frustrate me, but when I got there they had been closed for an hour. They told me they would wait for me to get there, and I followed their instructions. I proceeded to wait ANOTHER 20 mins for them to come out before I finally gave up. I'm very frustrated in their unprofessionalism and misleading information. If I had a choice, id never use them again.

It is the second principal city of the Boise metropolitan area. The name "Nampa" may have come from a Shoshoni word meaning either moccasin or footprint. * excerpts from Wikipedia Walking along the main drag of the "downtown" I see a few vibrant bars & eateries and at the same time also a lot of empty retail spaces available, hope that with the opening up after Covid things will improve!!

I will start by saying I advocate for people needing help with their utilities. City of Nampa…read moreWater and garbage is deplorable for their service communications and billing discrepancies. In the past 3 months I have assisted 8 people with emergency utility reconnects. I ALL 8 cases there was no shut off notice given. No knock on the door. Just waking up to no water. Then when the bill is paid these people have been left waiting from 5 to 8 hours to have their water turned back on. Even calls to customer service, asking for an ETA were answered with, "they will turn it on when they can turn it on. We don't know when." This is not acceptable. 5 of these people have disabilities and the other 3 are elderly. Going without water for that long is unacceptable. And charging a 45.00 turn on fee for waiting that many hours is deplorable. In my opinion the city of Nampa utilities is taking advantage of people. 2 of the people I assisted needed their bills adjusted twice due to a water leak the city knew about for 2 months since they had to send someone put to each location to turn the water off while repairs to the pipes were being made. Yet they still shut these people's water off without a notice of any kind. This is horrible behavior and terrible treatment of human beings. Shame on you. Shame on you CON (city of Nampa) utilities. You all know what you are doing. Do better by the very people you say you aim to serve.

I was pleasantly surprised, that yes, I can just walk up the grand staircase and into the rotunda. The liberty bell is currently being restored so it's not there but the rotunda and statues are all there. You can take the free tour and if not, just walking around and finding pockets of history is inspiring. For instance, the mail tunnels/gold slots are active ones so if you plan ahead, you can mail something out from the capital building (sadly, it doesn't have a special postmark). Also, the Idaho treasurer's office hallway is worth a visit because Spuddy Buddy dressed up as American heroes is just so Idaho. If you start there, you can pick up a 250th year scavenger hunt for kids where they can walk into the house of reps and collect stickers, bookmarks, and other things from the offices there. Also, don't skip out on the historical room with the bank vault doors. If you are into old bank doors (e.g. the bank door and vault at 8 Horses Lounge), they have two here with great random facts. I don't know what parking is like but many people ride Lime scooters and bikes there.
