The check in system is like our DMV with a computer check in and the security guard is there to help and make sure you get your ticket. He is actually very helpful and pleasant. Wait time is what it is. I tried to get an appointment on line but could not figure it out... I was told to call their direct line next time. The people working there were pleasant and very helpful. You won't feel rushed.. For a State/Federally run office it was done well.

BUT They won't answer the phone and let me speak to someone. It simply tells me to call back later and hangs up. AND I am not allowed to physically go to the local office to get help without an appointment, EVEN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. SO, if I need an appointment to get help, but I can't get an appointment, what am I supposed to do? Even one star is generous.

So considering the dreary days these folks have to endure I'm inclined to give a high rating just for showing up to work every day. I was stunned at how many people they process every hour. There is a smaller, "express" DMV just a mile or so away. Almost every client I saw was very young so don't know what's going on in Boise. Their processes are highly automated and reasonably efficient. They get you in and out fairly quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The staff are clearly not happy people but I'd chalk that up more to their environment than anything else. Once they punch out and hit the bar with friends they could well be the life of the party. The Ada County Sheriff has done a very good job building an efficient operation so kudos and five starts for that.

Gardens of Xanadu is a large greenhouse on the property that is open to the public during the same business hours as Constellation Coffee, a coffee trailer on the property that is part of Xanadu. President of the Idaho Burners Alliance, Kaden Sinclair bought the property, which functioned as a church from the 1930s until the 1950s, so he could use it to build the art car "Joule" for Burning Man 2015, and it grew from there. One of Kaden's goals is to obtain the funding to build something similar to Meow Wolf, in Boise. Meow Wolf is an arts and entertainment company that creates large scale, interactive art installations. Highly Recommended!!!

They deliver them to my neighbors. I live in a tiny culdesac... Literally 6 mailboxes and they still can't figure it out! They have a new manager about every 3 months and the staff absolutely does not want to help people. They label printer wasnt working for customer use therefore I asked if they could scan the QR code and print it for me... The lady legitimately refused to print it even when I offered to pay for the cost of the label. Nope! I take all packages to the UPS store and have them weigh said package print label, etc... That's when i saw it not only had just arrived in Spokane, but didn't leave Boise until Wednesday after midnight. It stayed almost two days before anything happened even tho i payed for priority shipping. I called usps. The first pos I spoke with called me after I hung up and cussed me out the second told me usps doesn't care. The only good thing are the employees at the actual post office are nice.
