Shes so condescending & void of mindfulness and empathy towards how her contemptuous attitude & wreck less words affect others. Rather than working toward a solution, it was as though I was an inconvenience-- I was shamed and dismissed, as she quickly redirected the issue back to me as though I'm the problem. She lacks class and professionalism in her communication. Not sure how HRG can stay in business with her as property mgr.

O M G IM IN DISBELIEF!!…read more Holy F Sh*T! I was thrown out of my soul and breath when I got my bill for two 12" self made pizzas! (Treated my mom and I with a sangria as well) This is my first time here! Filthy! I was blindsided that the numbers next to the topping section was the price for each individual topping! Thinking that this is a typical pizzeria where it's a standard price for a 12" I chose chicken bacon and white sauce with mushrooms! This is disgusting to do to your guests. Holy f sh*t! Your service sucks. Drink after drink were spilt and knocked over from one table to the next, MINE INCLUDED!! The ground is filthy and disgusting with no one sweeping it. I will never come here again. MAKE YOUR GUESTS AWARE OF THE PRICE YOU ARE DECEIVING THEM BY! I was offered to speak to the manager right then paying my bill but I knew if I did I would have had some heavy words for this bullshit you played in my face! I don't care how well you try to put it how much you'll shove the menu in my face to prove to me all this shit was there for my knowledge that doesn't excuse the fact that I was there for the first time and I didn't know if I created my own topping pizza that it would cost 8$ for bacon, 10$ for chicken, 4$ for mushrooms and 8$ for pepperonis. Sick scammers. Filthy. I want my money back! All of it to the f cent!!! Your server went to pack up my second pizza to take home and NEVER GAVE IT TO ME!!! I left without my boxed pizza!!! I don't need no fkin "THANK YOU FOR YOUR REVIEW" from management I need my money back!!

Food did take a minute to come out. Some onion rings were ordered to hold us over while dinner was being prepared, they were good. We ordered our usual wings. Just want to say thank you to Ethan for taking good care of us! He served us many times when we dined there. He served us one last time tonight before he starts his new journey at his new job. We were seated in a corner booth away from the crowd watching the football game. As such, it was easy for my wife and I to converse. I would imagine, with concrete floors and high ceilings, during the rush hour the restaurant could get quite loud. Danielle was our server, and she provided excellent service. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the menu. She came back to check on us and we felt well taken care of. My wife had the salmon, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. She is somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to salmon, and she loved it. I had the Sticky Finger Rice Bowl with the glazed teriyaki chicken. Also delicious. I also had their Slay IPA and enjoyed that. Danielle offered to give my wife a refill of her Pepsi in a to-go cup. We have found Wingers to be consistent in food quality and service. I also like the pub/alehouse vibe and this would be a fun place to watch a game with my friends. We'll be back.
