Bertha Hale is very unprofessional. I had never actually had the displeasure of having her do a…read morechild exchange to the noncustodial parent but after the many emails I have had with her, I have valid proof that she is putting families in a dangerous position with the courts. I have a court order that specifies a specific location for the exchange to take place. With less than 24 hours before the first exchange, she wanted to change that location. I stated I did not feel comfortable but she assured police, the lawyers, and the judge would say it was OK. I contacted my lawyer, who said is was not okay. She then said "police manager" at Corona PD said it was okay. That seemed odd since there is no such position as police manager, so I called and they of course said we would not advise to violate a order, there is no "police manager", they would not transfer a call for a question like that to a watch commander or any other higher rank ( i thought maybe thats what she meant when saying police manager) and that no such call came in as there were only 3 officers taking calls at the time and it was not during a shift change. I also informed her that officer suggested i show up to the correct location if she persists with the visit at her location and file a police report. When I informed her and gave her the officers name to talk to him, she then gave a vague threat of CPS (saying they would be OK with it if I called!) and the judge would be okay with it. I then informed her that there was a request to change the location in court 3 months back and he said absolutely no changes. So far everyone she assured would agree with her have infected not agreed with her. She ultimately terminated us 2 hours before the exchange due to me not agree to the new last minute location ( aka be in contempt of the court order, go against the advice of the police and go against the advice of my lawyer). Ultimately this is good for us. She is putting families in danger and is power tripping. I can't imagine how much a nightmare she would have been in long term. She is not an attorney and she is not a judge. She has no authority to make changes. She is a liar and when you say your lawyer says not to "x" she will still try to abuse her authority into pressuring you to do something you dont want to. The conversation should have ended when I told her the lawyer said no. Do not let this person pressure you. You have rights and she is not the law. Also, for her as a Dr, I'd be wary as a client. She has you sign intake forms saying she records conversations for record. I signed these more than a month before the first requested vist. She accidently emailed me someone's private (likely voice dictated) conversation with her. HIPPA VIOLATION! If she is that careless, I couldn't imagine what else goes on. Be careful with here regardless of what service you are using.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience with Bertha Hale, and I strongly urge…read moreparents to exercise extreme caution before engaging her services. For over a year, my experience was deeply distressing and financially and emotionally damaging. According to the receipts, invoices, and contractual obligations I was provided, the services represented included supervised visitation. I relied on those written representations when engaging and paying for services. After significant time and expense, I was later informed that Bertha Hale asserted she was never providing supervised visitation monitoring services at all, despite documentation and conduct that reasonably led me to believe otherwise. This was shocking and had a devastating impact on my ability to spend time with my daughter. After I independently reached out to the other custodial parent in an effort to address visitation-related issues, Bertha Hale's demeanor and conduct toward me changed significantly. I experienced what I believe to be disgruntled, hostile, and aggressive behavior, including verbal abusiveness and demanding communications. Her overall morale and professionalism appeared to deteriorate at that point, making the situation increasingly difficult and emotionally harmful to navigate. I also experienced what I believe to be bias, lack of neutrality, and repeated obstruction, which contributed to prolonged separation from my child. Attempts to raise concerns or seek clarification were not met with transparency or resolution. There were also serious billing concerns. In my experience, charges were inconsistent and excessive, and at times appeared to contradict rates represented as being on file with the court system. I was repeatedly told that additional people or services were required for visits, which caused costs to escalate quickly. As a parent in a vulnerable position, trying to maintain meaningful time with my child, this felt exploitative. Based on my experience, it appeared that financial gain was prioritized over the best interests of the child. Parents in these situations are emotionally exposed and willing to sacrifice anything to see their children, and this dynamic should never be used to justify excessive or questionable charges. I also have serious concerns regarding professionalism, including: * Failure to follow proper documentation practices expected of a professional monitor * Conduct that appeared one-sided and partial, favoring one parent while judging the other * Individuals being present or involved who did not appear to be TrustLine-cleared or properly qualified, which is extremely concerning when children are involved * Therapeutic-type interactions occurring in circumstances where professional scope and boundaries should have been clearly observed Based on my experience, I do not believe this provider operates with the transparency, neutrality, or child-centered focus that families in high-conflict custody matters require. Please do your diligence. I strongly recommend that parents seek alternative providers to protect themselves and their children from a similar experience.

That's when I reached out to Linda, and I'm so grateful I did. She took the time to thoroughly assess our baby and quickly identified a lip, tongue, and cheek tie--something we hadn't realized. Linda clearly explained what was going on and guided us through every step, connecting us with a wonderful pediatric dentist for the procedure and an excellent physical therapist for follow-up support. Thanks to Linda's expert advice, encouragement, and reassurance, I was able to continue breastfeeding successfully. I'm proud to say I exclusively breastfed for a full year, and now begins the emotional journey of weaning. I truly could not have done it without her. I will absolutely reach out to her again when the time comes for future children, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to family and friends. She was an essential part of our journey.
