Obviously the office manager doesn't care training these employees for how to properly answer the phone or how to even give right information I'm a medical assistant and even I know this is not how to operate a medical clinic very unprofessional especially front office girls! I unfortunately had to have a c-section which wasn't in my birth plan but the midwife was very supportive and reassuring. The only complaint I have was that my mental health didn't seem to be taken as seriously as my physical health. I had over 4 scheduled appointments to talk to the counselor and was finally seen a week before giving birth. I'm sure this is due to the amount on panicked mamas during this pandemic though so I'm not too offended by it.

Without the Red Cross we would have suffered far worse than we did - and we might have even died. It was ten days before we were allowed to go back to our little road in the mountains, to see if our house had burned down. Luckily it was still standing, splattered with dried up foam. Some of our neighbors were not so lucky. Trucks with foam cannons had been parked on our street, blasting flame retardant up onto the hill above. The black charcoal of the Jasper Pines that once shaded our front porch could be seen - even years later. And our carpets stank of smoke until 2010. Our home was at the very battle-line of the disastrous inferno. A disaster which the American Red Cross saw us through without us getting so much as a scratch, or my daughter missing a single day of school. I thank them.

When I have contacted my loan providers and the fafsa, I was informed that I do not have defaulted loans. EDIT: The department of education has confirmed there is no issue. I have received financial aid from another institution. The place here is disorganized, does not call you back, hangs up on you, ignores you and is rude. You're better off going to VVC, Barstow or downhill.
