I was taken here when I was placed on a 51/50 , a 72 hour hold. When I was about to be released…read morethey served me with a 52/50 which is a Mandatory 14 day hold. I believe that this facility is committing Medical Insurance Fraud. Every single patient that was on a 51/50 was placed on a 52/50. I had to see a judge in order to be released or I would have missed my brother's funeral. They are doing this to keep their beds full. Full beds ensure that are always paid. If I didn't have good insurance, they would have cut me loose.
