I had to do a mandatory UA that came back positive for morphine, not once but twice! My 3 "take homes" were revoked and I was livid because I am allergic to morphine! So with me thinking this problem would be easy to remedy the UA punishment decision stood . I thought the staff would listen and maybe let me UA again, but instead the staff I so admired turned on me like cobra snakes! 2 false positives caused me to quit the program. I pride myself on my sobriety and I refuse to allow anyone to lie on me and label me as a drug addict. And the way Evexia goes about handling dirty UA's is equivalent to how a dope dealer treats a dope fein. No explanation is acceptable. This is a form of defamation of chacter! Don't let Evexia make you think their concerned about your sobriety, all they are there for is to do their job. No care. No concern. Day 3 of no methadone and I feel fine! My grandmother was admitted to Windsor Cypress Gardens after a fall at home. The goal was for her…read moreto receive physical therapy to regain strength in her legs and become more independent. Unfortunately, our family's experience was heartbreaking, and I would never recommend this facility to someone I love. From the beginning, it felt like physical therapy was not the primary focus. We also became concerned that she was not consistently being assisted with basic hygiene, toileting, or changing when needed. While she was staying there, she developed a urinary tract infection (UTI). Because of her age, the infection caused severe confusion and hallucinations. Her condition became so serious that she had to be transferred to the hospital. After spending several days in the hospital and receiving appropriate treatment, her hallucinations stopped, and she improved significantly. When she returned to the facility to continue physical therapy, things unfortunately got worse. She developed bed sores, and she also had a foot infection that continued to worsen instead of improving. Our family was deeply concerned about the care she was receiving and whether her treatment plan was being properly managed. One of the biggest issues we experienced was the lack of available staff. My father and I visited multiple times, and on more than one occasion it was nearly impossible to find a nurse. One day, my father walked through the facility twice looking for someone to help, and the only employees he was able to find were members of the custodial staff. They were kind and helpful, but they should not have been the only people we could locate when our grandmother needed medical assistance. The experience that will stay with me forever happened during one of our morning visits shortly after breakfast. We were told that my grandmother had "just woken up," but when we entered her room, she was completely soaked in her own urine and other bodily fluids. She desperately needed to be cleaned and changed. My father and I did everything we could to help her ourselves, but we needed clean briefs and other supplies from the staff. We pressed the call button and waited. We continued waiting. It took approximately 45 minutes before we were finally able to get someone's attention. During that entire time, my grandmother remained in that condition while we tried our best to care for her ourselves. No family should have to watch their loved one go through that. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and timely care. I want to acknowledge that I'm sure there are individual nurses and staff members at this facility who genuinely care and work hard. However, based on our experience, the overall quality of care, responsiveness, and staffing left us feeling that our grandmother was not receiving the attention she needed. We ultimately made the decision to remove her from this facility because we no longer felt she was safe there. I would not trust Windsor Cypress Gardens with the care of my grandparents again, and I hope this review encourages the facility to make meaningful improvements so that no other family has to experience what ours did.

Reception tells me the dr I followed is gonna be at this location and I can do my root canal and possible fill the same day. I leave work early for this appointment, and I'm checked in and the dr who's helping me isn't my primary. It's fine. The tech does X-rays and dr comes in for all of 3 minutes and says yup you need a root canal and a fill for the broken tooth, we'll get you scheduled upfront. I'm like excuse me I cane to get treatment done the primary dentist I saw told me it's next step. The new dentist said no we don't even do those here at this location. Why would reception schedule me here then?? When I made the appointment for a root canal? Stupid staff The dental assistant they don't do same day treatment which is a lie because the dr I went for originally would do my exams and treatment same day. Waste of my time and money, I have been trying to get my tooth pain under control for 4 months. Completely unacceptable. I have called their office more than five different times and every single time they tell me the same thing: "Don't worry, the balance is cleared and you won't receive any more bills." Yet the bills keep coming. This shows a complete lack of organization and accountability. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase a medical office to fix their own billing mistakes. At this point it feels like harassment to keep sending bills that have already been paid. If the issue isn't resolved permanently, I will be forced to dispute the charges and report the billing practices to the appropriate authorities. I strongly recommend others double-check every bill they receive from this office.
