Johnny tailors a specific day to day schedule for every guest at the sanctuary. This includes, yoga, massages, creative activities, and of course the plant medicine! There is someone to help and support you 24/7, you always feel safe and cared for in the sanctuary. The facilities themselves are nothing by 5* quality. Everyone has their own privacy so you can go through your process in a very undisturbed way. Both Dr. Mahjoubi and his staff was incredibly responsive when I had any questions or concerns. I was on the program for about 6 months or so and it helped me at a time nothing else would. I went off it after to try TMS which was a total waste of time and money. My situation changed financially so I couldn't afford to go back but I honestly felt like it was very helpful while I was in the program. I received a call back from a woman who seemed, well, incapable of holding a conversation. I had 2 simple questions and she managed to make her answers so non-committal and unclear that I was genuinely shocked. It almost seemed like she didn't know how to use a phone. It was so odd that I just had to laugh it off and say goodbye. I wanted to see Dr. Chong, as he seems to be a well-liked provider, but I simply could not get past that bizarre phone call. I hope that woman is OK, because she sounded confused and quite frankly lost. I would not be comfortable with someone of this ineptitude handling any of my family's medical matters, even if it's just for the scheduling.

Dr Cho was incredible. Very personable, cool, related to me and was just so very thorough as he covered every possible avenue and took his time treating me, testing my reflexes and my areas of concern. He was very thorough. He showed me and detailed all of my x rays. The office was immaculate. Clean and very well organized.
