I felt bad , I looked bad, I had the shakes. I was even heading towards being a wet brain. I just isolated and drank, couldn't Stop. I found M.F.I, went there and now I have my mind, health and family back. I did what I was supposed to do. And I'm doing it now. I have the tools to stay sober. I was in a room by myself and their were bugs and blood stains everywhere when i took a shower their was black mild coming from the soap dispenser and they dont give u soap just the moldy shampoo. and a tiny bit of conditioner since theres no real hair brushes and food was definitely has smthg in it couldn't stop shitting stomach hurt so bad and they would come in every 15 mins to leave your door open where insane people can walk in as they please. when i left i have been sick with a fever since bc probably it was so cold and lack of hygiene when i walked into the kitchen i gagged from the smell of stale idek what and there was only one kind of nice nurse there. i genuinely give if u work here your desperate and have no human empathy and the whole situation is just fake and so unhelpful. the staff were rude and would make fun of patients and never ask u for anything unless u begged them. cant get water unless u go to the front desk and they give u a small ass cup so u have to keep going back and they get annoyed like. literally had ants crawling on my head bc theres no real trashcan to dispose of food just paper bags. When I left i have been sick with a fever I think and completely regret ever going to the emergency room for a panic attack again. also when i tried to leave and told the doctor that i dont live with my family after they had drove me 3 hrs away from where i live he said well goodluck getting home idk and left and was some ugly ass idian that was retarded anyway my room was so creepy anx i had really weird dreams from the sleeimg meds they gave me to sleep and woke me up at 6am eveyday to draw blood and take vitals and the doctor dropped the blood container on me and said can u hand me that after i was already in pain like all nonchalant literally so weird and he didnt know what he was doing also rude kept asking me ant my last name and where it was from excessively anyways definitely haunted and all the patients there are also weird idk why they even sent me there for a less severe panic attack and dizzyness agyer the er told my boyfriend and family i would just be staying for the night and strapped me to a hands and feet to streacher and had me like that in the ambulance the whole time.

I am writing this review, not as a patient of Dr. Unger but has a colleague in medicine. I am a…read morephysician as well who has been in medicine for 13 years. I have worked and been educated in 7 large institutions across the United States working with professors of all walks of life. I work as a consultant with Dr. Unger and interact with him regularly but in a different sub-specialty. I know him to be one of the most caring and thorough clinicians I have ever met. His history, resume, expertise and personality are outstanding. He has gone out of his way to write to textbooks on the management of diabetes. I have met several people who have done this, none of them have the aptitude and kind personality that Dr. Unger has. When I receive a referral from him, I receive an informed history that is certainly the most thorough and relevant to the particular question we are aimed to ask of any available. I know many primary care physicians, Dr. Unger is the most interested and attentive of any I have met. Every referral comes with a detailed letter. When I receive referrals from other institutions and individuals, it is up to me to seek for further information and this is often done at a great time investment on my part. There have been instances in which I will call him without any foreknowledge, I will mention a patient's name and he will be able to recall, in detail, all recent events, labs, and other features of the patient without any reference to a medical chart. I don't know anyone who can do this. When I interact with others, I am invariably asked to hold momentarily while they search through their charts to receive a mental update. This isn't exactly a sign of poor performance for others, in fact is is reasonable, but the fact that Dr. Unger is able to accurately describe in many unprompted details the situation cannot be understated. I believe it is a reflection of his attention. It is not distracted, he has the appropriate energy in the right place. Needless to say he knows his patients very well, he interacts with them outside his clinic hours regularly, he always knows what I am doing for them as we work together. I have never met a primary care physician so exhaustively involved in a patient's medical care. When other patients come to my clinic expressing concern about their current primary care provider, Dr. Unger the first thought to come to mind. I have been through this experience many times. Inevitably I receive a telephone call from the patient I referred to him with very positive thoughts, the overwhelming majority are highly satisfied.
