They care deeply about what they do. They learn everything they can about your child. They set up trackable data regarding every behavior that needs work, which includes finding the baseline (where does the child succeed) and what's the baby step forward to push towards a particular goal. They meet with parents monthly (although this depends on insurance, I think) to go over how your child is doing, what changes have occurred, etc. I could not recommend them more. Phones go unanswered, and voicemail messages are never returned. When I visited my loved one, he appeared disheveled and clearly uncared for. On the rare occasions when someone does answer the phone, staff members seem completely unaware of the patient's status or needs. My loved one was admitted voluntarily, yet the facility later claimed he was there under a warrant, which is completely false. After more than a week, I still have no information about his care plan, and every attempt to get answers results in nothing but excuses and being passed around. There is no clear point of contact, and it feels as though they are holding my loved one against his will. I cannot say with confidence that he is safe or receiving appropriate care. This is a truly terrible facility, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

My next door neighbor who I visit regularly was ordered by a court to receive treatment here, he…read moresuffers from dementia. He was at the facility for two weeks. The patients here are kept under lock down. My neighbor was not helped by his stay here. His dementia was not helped but was made worse as far as I can observe. Also family members had a hard time getting information from the staff. I can only give my worst possible review for this facility. Do not put your family member here.
