Although they didn't have it on display was able to refer me to 800 number sand also handle the assembly. Since everyone is hiding out was perfect day to stop in. There were a few other customers in the morning so there was plenty of help from the employees, but at busy times I have seen it difficult to get help. We typically stay to the sale rack and can be some really good prices, but other than that can buy things much cheaper at other stores. Took in my bike today because the rear brakes were locked up and was informed that unfortunately their main bicycle technician is out of town and there is about 2 weeks of back log. The gentleman who informed me of this asked me what I was bringing it in for. I said the rear brakes were locked up, so he helped me disassemble it, find where the problem was, and rectified the situation within 5 minutes. Shook my hand and told me to enjoy the summer weather. Will definitely be shopping at Dicks again due to their kindness and the fact that they go above and beyond. Thanks!

Approached the manager about the hat that we were waiting on and said they were getting ready to Work on it. This was 55 minutes after the first hat was done. They stated they quoted the time wrong, and the hat would take an hour to stitch. Ordered the hat at 545, said that the second hat would be done at 635. Got the last hat at 738pm, an hour past the quote. Gave some lame excuse that they had issues with the needle, but were able to customize 2 other hats in between. Get the hat and the stitching is messed up. Was told that the stitching is how the font is, but you can clearly see from the picture that they messed up on the alignment and spacing. Told my daughter that they did mess up and tried to remove the extra stitching. Pretty much they said, "we will blame it on the font style" and they will live with it. Pretty poor customer service that they can't even own up to their mistakes. Maybe they take care of certain people, but all customers should be treated the same. Pretty sad that the work force these days have zero regard for customers. Be wary of your order, double check everything.

They smiled and immediately greeted me as a number of shoppers came in. The second time I showed up was a bit of a different atmosphere. Two guys (re: kids) running the place and kept to themselves. I started to chat with them and they finally opened up but it felt like pulling teeth to ask them about sale items or what the hot item was. Your mileage may vary as far as experience goes. I went back the second time cause I had a blast the first time. Now I will just timidly go back but if I see the guys working, I might just leave and go elsewhere.
