Our Model Y with the Satin glacier frost wrap.

We had an issue with the wrap getting stained, took it back to Parsa at Socal for service and he honored the warranty and rewrapped my Tesla and he also reapplied the ceramic coating to make sure it lasts. SoCal not only provided great service but also has the best value in OC. I would definitely recommend SoCal Vinyl for your vehicle wrapping needs!

They did a great job wrapping my Range Rover. Highly recommend. Thanks for everything!

Brought in my daughters car to have some vinyl applied to the back bumper to cover up a scratch. They were very helpful with ideas and we decided to do the front and back to remove the silver areas. They worked around her school schedule and were able to do it on the weekend for us. They did a fantastic job and were very reasonable. Did not know how a small change could change the look of the car. We are now looking at the other cars to see what to do next

Parsa and his team really took care of my 2024 Model 3 Performance, he was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule and gave me a killer deal on PPF and Tint. Can't recommend Parsa and SoCalVinyl anymore! Will be back for future jobs!

Took my car to get tint, front end ppf and a ceramic coat. They also installed some carbon parts for me. They took good care of me and helped me pick the best options for my car and my budget. My car came out looking brand new.

Thank you Parsa and Scott for getting my brand new car tinted! If you're looking for a good quality work and someone you can trust with your car, this is it ! We went over the options and Scott kindly educated me on their product and the process. The price was very reasonable. It took about an hour or so to get it done which is a big plus cuz I had my daughter with me . Overall I'm very happy with how it came out. It definitely very beneficial for me and my child to have that heat protection and privacy. I'm definitely coming back to get my windshield tinted and ceramic coating done !

Parsa at SoCal Vinyl goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. He's wrapped not 1 but 3 of my cars and will definitely be doing the next one.

hands down the best wrap shop in socal/oc. the owner pk really made my car look amazing. he did a wrap, wheel recondition, bumper repaint, and ceramic coat for an amazing price. the quality of the wrap is amazing. install is amazing. price is amazing. for the price and install was an amazing deal. i highly recommend to stop by and go through socal vinyl.

After researching auto wrap shops, paint protection film specialists, and vinyl wrap experts, I chose Dependable Guys, and it was absolutely the right decision. Arson and his team did an incredible job matching my 3M Satin Dark Grey Wrap. Satin finishes are notoriously difficult to blend, especially on a Tesla, but the color match and texture are flawless. The repaired areas are completely seamless and indistinguishable from the original wrap. What really sets Dependable Guys apart is their combination of quality, speed, and professionalism. They completed the entire wrap repair the same day without compromising craftsmanship. That level of efficiency is rare in the auto wrap and collision repair space. The customer service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. Arson took the time to explain the process, set clear expectations, and delivered exactly as promised. If you are looking for Tesla wrap repair, vinyl wrap services, paint protection film, or high-end color matching, I highly recommend Dependable Guys. This is easily one of the best auto wrap shops I have worked with. I will definitely be coming back for future work.

He price matched the best quote, and was able to finish my car the SAME DAY! They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service. I went from getting cooked inside my car to feeling no heat at all. Thank you to Logan and his team for doing such a great job! If you want to feel like a valued customer, I honestly cannot recommend anyone else but Evolve Film Concepts, because they are the best.

I called and spoke with Serra to schedule an appointment and she was incredible, explaining all the different tint options, warranties and pricing. She even explained the differences between the different tints and said when I arrive, she would show me the differences in person. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lex and she was awesome! She was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, by offering me bottled water, coffee and even a latte. As Serra stated during our phone conversation, she showed me all the different tint options and explained in detail what each option had to offer. She even went above and beyond and showed me a couple vehicles that had already been completed with new tint. This definitely helped me confidently choose the right tint for my truck. The waiting area isn't your normal waiting area at most tint shops or auto shops. This place is massive, with a modern design, open ceiling, polished concrete, lots of televisions, good music, air conditioning and plenty of leather couches and seating to wait in comfort. The attention to detail of the waiting area and business model that Mike's Tint Shop has, shows in the quality of work to whatever they are doing to your vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mike's Tint Shop to anyone who is looking to get any type of film put on their vehicle! Mike's Tint Shop is AWESOME and I will definitely be coming back!

The photos show the lazy job I had received. I take full…read moreaccountability for not replying when I first said I would. However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
