They made clean cuts, showed good attention to safety, and clearly have experience working with large, established trees. The tree still has a strong structure, and it's clear they focused on reducing weight and maintaining safety, which is important with a tree of this size. The only reason I didn't give a full five-star review is that the pruning was slightly more aggressive than expected, particularly with some of the larger limbs. It was amazing how confidently the heavy limbs were removed without damaging the house or other structures. Now the sun can shine again into our house. Thank you for the professional work.
