Tannia is a lifesaver, an outstanding service representative who truly cares for her customers. I specifically appreciate her work, and the company's commitment to it's clients. read more

For my Xerox D110: This is my first review since So Cal Office merged with MRC. I cannot say that I have had many experiences with the new side of the merger, but what I can say is that prior technicians that still remain in the company, Brandon Hopkins, Jose Magana, and Chris Castaneda are the most efficient, conscientious professionals ever. I hope that MRC realizes what gems are working for the company. My greatest fear is that one or all will move to another department or leave me stranded. The care they give is untouchable. The three of them never cease to amaze me with how they go above and beyond to help. In the most recent past, I had an issue with parts delays and I sent a text to Brandon who made the effort to expedite my order--which made my blood pressure go down by decades. I am never worried when one of these three men come to service my machine because the problem will be diagnosed and the machine will be fixed. There are even times when the issue is diagnosed over the phone and the technician will order the part for me--limiting several days worth of downtime. This week's encounter was with Jose, who while during a service call, saw issues on my machine that I was unaware of which he rectified before it became a potential problem that could cause production to halt. I just feel as if these gentlemen sincerely treat me like part of their community. Each technician WANTS to please their client. It is important for customer service to remain at the highest priority. It is the heart and soul of a company. It's what keeps me feeling like I matter. So this will be the first of many reviews; I am one who likes to say something nice, nor not at all. So let's keep these reviews coming, shall we? I say, "YES!" For my Xerox 4250 - Jason Robinson arrived quite quickly, lightening fast, I might add. He instructed me on what the problem was and even ordered the part for me, showing me how to replace it when it arrived. Once again, wonderful service and follow through. Just waiting for the drum to arrive so that the problem will be a distant memory! read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I have been a faithful customer to this business for over ten years. They tried to sell me a new, very expensive printer and I presented it to my team, however, we decided to go green and go paperless. Oh man it was like a bad break up...I got never ending call after call. When we called to officially part ways, they hit me with a $250 restocking fee and I am responsible to ship the machine back to them. Unbelievable! I'm never ever using this company again!!! read more

Nope. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They do not value customer loyalty and if you have a legitimate change in business needs they WILL NOT work with you to better meet your needs. It is all about the money and they will continue to soak you for years. Instead of trying to retain their customers they attempt to add on to the already exorbitant lease prices and terms to keep you held captive. Do yourself a favor and buy a copier for $500 at Office Depot or better yet, go paperless. read more

Absolute garbage of a company! I guess it really depends on the technician you're assigned to, but mine wanted to change out parts every time there was an issue, regardless of whether it fixed the problem or not. Decided to swap out a $700 part to fix a jamming issue, the jamming continued, but technician said the part "needed to be replaced anyways" and decided to leave the part in the machine. When I emailed the company to tell them we weren't happy with the service, I did not receive a response. I then emailed their CEO, who told me someone would be contacting me. Over 3 weeks later and after I put in another call, I finally received a call to tell me they could not send another technician (translated: we do not want to service your machines anymore). This was after giving them over 6 years of business. If there weren't a shortage of Xerox technicians, I doubt this company would be in business. If looking for a company for your office needs, look elsewhere or look to HP machines. Lesson learned, never again. read more

SoCal Office Technologies is such a great company to work with. They have incredible customer service. Whenever I call in, I have resolution within moments, 9 times out of 10. If I need a technician to come out they are here asap and are able to quickly resolve any issues with my machine. I highly recommend SoCal Office Technologies to anyone. read more

Their sales reps promise you one thing and you receive another. They promise new compatible cartridges and you end up with cartridges which are really just used cartridges refilled. The cartridges consistently cause streaks and lines on your printouts. the only answer you get is "have you changed the cartridge"? Ummm, NO. this POS cartridge is 2 days old! Then they send out another of the same crappy used cartridges which usually do the same thing. They have none in stock, they drop ship, so if you have a time critical job, you're screwed. The only good thing about them is the field techs. They know their stuff. Too bad the sales force and the back end don't match those standards. Stay away! Go with an HP Partner like LazerZone in Torrance or someone like that - at least you won't get the runaround and lies from the salespeople. read more

Fundamental lack of integrity and business acumen. Trying to return business equipment after the end of a contract and no one knows the basics of customer service or returning machinery. Do not do business with this company. read more

Customer service is argumentative and frustrating at it's best. Re-ordering supplies while under a contract is painful. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else but here. read more

Do not deal with them!!! They are Thieves!! I had good service with another vendor. If you think you will get good service you are wrong!! Nothing is done right. You get transferred to different Branch and at the end no technician and no service!! read more

3 Stars now. I don't know what happened. But I do know that a few employees were moved to other positions. The service has become much slower when ordering toner. After it's ordered thou you can receive it in one day. Watch the packing for wrong toner size. Has happened to me 2 times now causing delays at work. And sometimes the packing is so taped up it takes several minutes to open. read more

I contacted customer service twice today for completely different issues in completely different departments and had great luck both times! Regina helped me order some supplies I needed for our printer and Kent helped me a technical issue. They both responded immediately and were able to fix my issue quickly. Thanks SoCal for my making a Monday a good start to the week! read more

I'm trying to return a copier after the lease has expired. I'm into month two. No one knows what they're doing. They've given me nothing but the run around. Don't do business with them!!!! read more

What a great company! The people here treat you like family and treat clients like family too. The environment is truly a place that fosters growth and has for years. There are employees that have been with SoCal for 21 years, where do you see that anymore. The leadership, sales team and the big key here is training and service teams that make the experience a great! Thank you SoCal for making a difference in the community and having integrity. read more

This company is terrible! We had nothing but trouble with the machine they sold us and the alleged service we received. After we cancelled the contract with them, they acknowledged the problems and talked us into giving them another chance. BIG MISTAKE! The only contact we have had - despite repeated efforts to resolve the many service issues - is about billing. When we tried to speak with anyone about the issues, and resolving them, they are rude and provide no assistance. Clearly don't need business, so we have taken ours elsewhere. read more

Their customer service is horrid. You will regret using this company. Can take up to 3 days to get a technician out, their billing is a joke, and trying to get answers is impossible. I honestly don't know how this company is still in business. read more

I really like this company. We have now replaced 4 machines in our small office with Xerox and really like their customer service from the IT department to the in-house training we received. We will recommend this company. read more

I highly don't recommend working here unless you enjoy working in an environment like a Marine boot camp... no mercy on the sales reps!

I wish you could choose the option of half a star. This company is by far the worst company to do business with. They will give you a run around about contracts, empty promises, and broken machines. When we call a technician out, 50% of the time they are a no show. This company has no clue what they are doing! Beware! They will cost your company time and money. read more
