Buck is great. Performed my 15,000 mile service and was extremely accommodating and fair priced. Definitely a go too.

Definitely a go to shop for Maintenance and repairs. The place is a little hard to find as it is tucked off in the middle of the building. Buck has my bike finished in the agreed upon time and there were no surprise fees. 9/10 service

I live in spring valley and I was looking for a mechanic near me, I found Him. His name is Buck, he is really nice, he changed my fluids, fixed couple things that I was concerned about, all for $150. He was very helpful and was patient enough to show me and teach me things about my bike since it is my first bike I didn't know much about it but he showed me the things I can do to maintain my bike he was very very nice I would definitely go back to him and I would recommend him to anyone. I recently met with Buck from Socal Motorcycle Services to rent a bike for my dmv test. I first met with him to practice the night before (which I highly recommend) at the Chula Vista dmv. Then again the next day at the new San Ysidro dmv for the actual test. Whether you're new to riding or been riding for years, Buck's bike is literally designed for the dmv test and once you practice the circle and the slow ride a few times you'll come to the same conclusion. The average size harley is way too big to take this test with in my opinion. The bulk of my riding experience is from riding dirt bikes at the desert but with a few pointers from Buck and the right bike, I was able to pass the skills test on my first try. Best money I've ever spent. Bucks reliable, punctual, professional and knowledgeable about everything you'll need to know for this test. I highly recommend him.

Good prices, excellent mechanic. I'm a fairly novice rider and Buck was more than happy to answer any questions I had regarding my bike.

TWO WHEELS UP AND RUNNING (5 stars)…read more Mobile service to the rescue! I've called around and this one seemed the best and most responsive. There are simple jobs to be done for easy money but finding people willing to do it is the challenge! I am lucky Dridox provided mobile service and came to my home to take of services I need... call service ($75) battery replacement ($65 + $29 for battery) and oil change ($85) , maybe tank flush if it didn't start up after the battery replacement. This is what I get for letting my two wheels sit idle in the garage during the winter months collecting dust. I reached out, got a quote, and scheduled the service with Adriano. I had intentions to do this all myself but didn't have all the tools and would like to see it done first before taking a hand at it... also eager to ride and want these services done ASAP! Adriano arrived early/on time, charged my battery and tested it (def needed a new one), replaced my battery, hooked up my charger device (recently bought it and didn't know it's needed for maintenance), it started so I didn't need a tank flush, but went ahead with an oil change since I was overdue. I did tell Adriano I been nearby g to do this on my own so he did show me how-to and what tools and what to look for or be careful of, which I super appreciate his professionalism and expertise. My little two wheels was probably a cake walk to what he is use to servicing. Within the hour all was done. If bigger jobs need to be done such as engine rebuild - they do that too and can rack your two wheels to their shop. The business accepts credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. The motorcycle shop that usually serviced my two-wheels for years stopped providing service and only to Surrons going forward... they gain some but lost a lot of the only tailor to only a specific kind. My choices were 1) Do the services myself 2) Tow it to Fun Bike Center and get it serviced 3) Fine a mobile service to do it. With the impatience of not riding and budget considered, mobile service was best especially when watching and learning to (maybe) do it in the future yourself. For any future assistance with my two wheel maintenance, I'll be giving them a call. I highly recommend their services.

I asked if he was still available and if he had the software update for the NEW Harley Road Glide models. He replied that he did have it, so we confirmed for January 16 for 9:30am but he didn't show up until after 1pm. He started the job with an understanding that he had a right ABS software to complete the job. After he finished the ABS flush, he let me know that he did not have the right ABS software for the new models so the ABS light would remain on but that he bought the new software, and was waiting for Harley-Davidson to send him information, so that as soon as he had it, he would let me know to finish the ABS flush. A week later, I texted him to ask about a quote for a tire installation and to check on him completing ABS update. He texted me the cost, but we were unable to confirm the installation date due to personal family matters I had the rest of the week. Two weeks passed and since I had not heard from him for almost two weeks about completing the ABS flush job, I reached out to him. I texted him on February 11, 2026, but he didn't return my text. I also called him on February 12, but he did not answer or return the call. I called him on February 23 and 24, but he sent me straight to voicemail. On February 25, I texted him to ask if everything was okay and let him know I felt he was purposely ignoring my communication. I explained, again, that my family matters on the week of January 26, but he still needed to finish the ABS flush software update to remove the light of the dashboard screen and complete that job, that I was willing to ride up to north county (Oceanside) for him to finish the job. He replied that he had not purchased the software because the tire installation did not occurred on January 29, and he moved to Oceanside. What's crazy is that on the 16th (day of ABS flush), he told me he had bought software program and was waiting on Harley-Davidson to do "something." Also, we never confirmed the tire installation date. I texted him that I would confirm on a later date, but I was unable to do so because I was traveling. If we would had confirmed a tire installation we would had communicated before his arrival to my house. Plus, the tire installation is a different job from the ABS Flush. He informed me that he would not be completing the job and that I should take it to someone else for the light removal. However, I trusted in him to finish the job, so I paid him on January 16 for the ABS flush, he even signed my HD service records on my owners manual. Now, HD dealer services has informed me that I would have to pay to redo the ABS flush because they have to do it to remove the light. That means the ABS flush will cost me close to $600; between what I paid Mike and the HD service cost. I can't understand why he accepted a job where he was asked specifically about having the proper tools to complete the job, but didn't do the work to verify the software before hand. If he would have told me that he didn't have the tools, I would have waited for him to buy it and he could have still done the work. Now I'm going to be having to spend more money. Mike's actions lacks professionalism and integrity to his customers base.

I needed a front fork seal rebuild on my bike. I'd gone by a big local place up in Kearny Mesa (won't name) and dude was dismissive, like 'ah yeah a couple hours to pull the forks, a couple hours to rebuild...but we're a month out to get you in'. I then came across SD moto repair & found brother constantine. He is a 1 man worker but he does work at a fair price, & does it a good time frame & i have been taking my ZX10R to him for some years now for oil changes, tire changes, brake & master cylinder work, front & rear sprocket & chain replacement etcc.. he was even able to find me a replacement fairing for my Zx10R which are hard to find now because of my bikes age & he helped me today (9/13/25) properly fit a green rear seat cowl on my ZX10R that I bought on Ebay that is seen in this photo. I would reccomend him to any rider that needs their cycle serviced for fair pricing, good work & good turn around time. He also doesn't tell his customers "your cycle is too old" as the motozone mechanic told me years ago.
