Needed some work done to my 2006 Yamaha raptor 350... yes Hector is busy and he will quote you sometimes 2 to 3 weeks time frame to get the work done, but hey that's just how it is... and that's maybe because he does a great job at what he does with so many people take their All-terrain vehicles to him and trusting his work...he definitely got me back going and I'm super happy with the work you performed on my quad... I go to Hector with all my questions and or needs whenever something needs to get done... whether it be tires, a simple question, major work, Hector has always taken the time out of his busy schedule to help me out as much as he can..Thanks bro for making me a happy customer! Don't bring your quad here. I brought it in for a simple fix, ended up picking up my quad 5 months later and not wanting to start. Took it somewhere else and they said my engine might need a rebuilt but wouldn't know until they open it up. Quad was mechanically working perfectly fine before I brought it here. I would always recommend this shop but it seems like it fell off this year. read more

Great customer service the main guy there is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't try to push parts on you that you don't need. He tells you how your bike is doing and what it looks like it's going to need and does a great job on the bikes. The young kids that are there helping out are also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I originally dropped off my Honda in feb/march 2020. The original request was for a carburetor cleaning and jet replacement. Hector promised the work to be completed between 1-2 weeks. I didn't hear from him after 2 weeks and I started calling him to follow up on the bike. His answer was that he was too busy at the moment. he would start working on it the following week. A week later no follow up with me. Week after week no updates. I did not get my bike until June 2020. Then the bike was not performing well after he had worked on it . June 2021 I returned the bike to Hector to take a look at it and he said he would take a look at it right away. I even offered to pay for any extra parts needed to make sure it got done right. For now it seems like he is in no hurry to get my bike done. As of today 8/17/21 two months later he hasn't answered his phone. I call him every week but no answers since dropping it off. The last 18 months my bike has been in this shop for 6 months and just for a carburetor cleaning!! If you are a customer that likes mechanics that keep your bikes hostage, this is your guy. I just want my bike fixed and returned. read more

This place is OUTSTANDING I took my Honda 150 to see why it didn't wanted to run. The owner Hector was very informative and a very nice guy. He told me that he will look into it and get back with me. Seems like a good shop. I had purchased a seat that had a new gripper seat cover with the trade in of my old seat. The new seat cover was great but the seat latch was all bent up and the actual seat had a twist to it, it didn't look good at all on my atv. I called to return it for my original seat and he told me that he would reupholster my original seat. I agreed and returned the seat for my original. To be honest i don't even know if it was my original seat he gave back to me.. it had a total different seat cover than the gripper seat that I was returning. Don't get me wrong, it looks good but this seat cover has absolutely no grip what so ever. I don't have time nor do I want to be a pain by returning yet another seat. I was paying for a gripper seat cover that would have grip...and now I have a seat with no grip. At least it looks nice. Still not happy though. I will prob buy a new seat cover elsewhere. read more

i put one star only because hector was care less about my situacion thats how i feel i wanted to have him to take a look my quad and he said have alot a work ok... then i ask him if he can change 2 tires he said cant intill 2 week thats alot a time for someone that expect calidad y muy bien servicio aprte k cobra 85$ thats not cheap ! and trust me i been asking prices and looking for custemer service i call him just because people said is good and affort with prices but non of post put prices ... i went to martins and he was nice and have alot work but alist he change my tires and he even check my quad at the end was next day and tell me was my water pump but thanks hector .... espero y lo leas bien hector y te sugiero bro que cuando algin nuevo hable as tiempo pork haci haces nuevos clientes por la atencion y sujiero k abras savados por avemos jente que cuando acipamos algo lo queremos lo mas rapido posible digo pork no es gratis gracias y suerte bro read more
