TWO WHEELS UP AND RUNNING (5 stars)…read more Mobile service to the rescue! I've called around and this one seemed the best and most responsive. There are simple jobs to be done for easy money but finding people willing to do it is the challenge! I am lucky Dridox provided mobile service and came to my home to take of services I need... call service ($75) battery replacement ($65 + $29 for battery) and oil change ($85) , maybe tank flush if it didn't start up after the battery replacement. This is what I get for letting my two wheels sit idle in the garage during the winter months collecting dust. I reached out, got a quote, and scheduled the service with Adriano. I had intentions to do this all myself but didn't have all the tools and would like to see it done first before taking a hand at it... also eager to ride and want these services done ASAP! Adriano arrived early/on time, charged my battery and tested it (def needed a new one), replaced my battery, hooked up my charger device (recently bought it and didn't know it's needed for maintenance), it started so I didn't need a tank flush, but went ahead with an oil change since I was overdue. I did tell Adriano I been nearby g to do this on my own so he did show me how-to and what tools and what to look for or be careful of, which I super appreciate his professionalism and expertise. My little two wheels was probably a cake walk to what he is use to servicing. Within the hour all was done. If bigger jobs need to be done such as engine rebuild - they do that too and can rack your two wheels to their shop. The business accepts credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. The motorcycle shop that usually serviced my two-wheels for years stopped providing service and only to Surrons going forward... they gain some but lost a lot of the only tailor to only a specific kind. My choices were 1) Do the services myself 2) Tow it to Fun Bike Center and get it serviced 3) Fine a mobile service to do it. With the impatience of not riding and budget considered, mobile service was best especially when watching and learning to (maybe) do it in the future yourself. For any future assistance with my two wheel maintenance, I'll be giving them a call. I highly recommend their services.

I worked with Sales Person Javier D. and Manager Amy J…read more Javier and I talked about my future bike and pricing over the phone, but I knew that real negotiations occur on the sales floor. Javier had the right bike at a great price (I shopped all over). It was a cash deal, so everything went smoothly and seamless. No surprises. Saw the bike, made the deal. The next day I rode it home.

Look up the definition of blithering idiot and you'll see pictures of the two clowns that work in…read morethe parts department. I've given them 3 tries (for three different BASIC orders) and I'll never go here again. Preface this review by saying I called in and they confirmed they have a non model specific part in stock. Very basic stuff! First time I called in for an oil drain plug. Give Cleetus my year, model and he said they got em in stock. I drove 40 minutes one way, guess what? No parts, but he offered to help me Frankenstein one from Home Depot. Guess he didn't know there's a magnet on the plug so I leave empty handed. Second time I called in asking for the rubber squishy mounts for a motorcycle windscreen. Not model specific but he says they have something that'll work. Same old BS, I waste 80 minutes on a roundtrip to find his uneducated moron trainee who's useless. I leave and buy elsewhere. Third strike is today. I call in again and give Manufacturer/model/year for a plastic fairing bolt. These ARE NOT MANUFACTURER OR MODEL SPECIFIC! Dude says yeah we got them in. Same old BS but now gas is $6/ gallon so the trip cost me $20. I get there and Dipshit McGee says the guy I talked to is out on a break for a few hours, he doesn't have the part and doesn't know how to order it. So in these dumb MFers think I'm supposed to hang out in the parking lot for a couple hours until someone that knows their ass from a hole in the ground comes back? I was looking for a plastic push bolt for a 2017 Yamaha tenere. Yah know where I found one? My wrecked 2004 Suzuki gsxr. These plugs are universal and parts store moron said he doesn't know what it is? This place pays for the youngest, dumbest folks they can find. Really sad. Imagine going to Home Depot with a 3 inch screw and the guy asks who you talked to that said they're in stock?! That's how dumb these guys are. Amazingly stupid and useless.

Goes from saying he can get a lot of stuff to well it depends on what's available and does not know what he can get me. Wanted me to just drop my bike off knowing I don't live close by. He clearly showed me that he did not want to go over anything with me. This shop isn't customer friendly. So if you are someone that has questions and wants to go over what they recommend or what they can get, don't even bother. They hate working with you and don't care about making sure you are happy with what they recommend and what they can get. A lot of dirt bike shops are like this so if anyone recommends friendly shops with better customer service please let me know. These guys are too busy to talk to you. They want you to just drop your bike off and let them do what they want to your bike. Once I started sensing how annoyed he was that I wanted to know what kind of springs he can get me and what he recommends for my type of riding and riding weight, he hung up on me.

When calling around for who would have the best services, Not only did they say they would have it done before then, but these guys ended up keeping my bros bike for a few months after making up excuses and saying they don't do Nibbi carbs so the original carb and intake got dropped off; and then out of nowhere we get a call saying the bike is "ready for pick up" and it's in the SAME EXACT condition as when It was dropped it off! Can you believe that?! These guys didn't even touch the bike! Dirt still in the carb, Nibbi still on there and they all of a sudden lost the very unique intake we dropped off with the OG CARB and they said it wasn't there. Scammed us for the bros hard earned money, didn't even touch the bike, and even STOLE parts from the bike!!!! Beyond deliberately wicked scammer activities going on here! Holding the bike hostage making us pay a gang of money for not even touching it?!?! I know GOD will Handle it but I absolutely had to at least leave a review! It's not right I don't want to see anybody else get screwed over like that!

I asked if he was still available and if he had the software update for the NEW Harley Road Glide models. He replied that he did have it, so we confirmed for January 16 for 9:30am but he didn't show up until after 1pm. He started the job with an understanding that he had a right ABS software to complete the job. After he finished the ABS flush, he let me know that he did not have the right ABS software for the new models so the ABS light would remain on but that he bought the new software, and was waiting for Harley-Davidson to send him information, so that as soon as he had it, he would let me know to finish the ABS flush. A week later, I texted him to ask about a quote for a tire installation and to check on him completing ABS update. He texted me the cost, but we were unable to confirm the installation date due to personal family matters I had the rest of the week. Two weeks passed and since I had not heard from him for almost two weeks about completing the ABS flush job, I reached out to him. I texted him on February 11, 2026, but he didn't return my text. I also called him on February 12, but he did not answer or return the call. I called him on February 23 and 24, but he sent me straight to voicemail. On February 25, I texted him to ask if everything was okay and let him know I felt he was purposely ignoring my communication. I explained, again, that my family matters on the week of January 26, but he still needed to finish the ABS flush software update to remove the light of the dashboard screen and complete that job, that I was willing to ride up to north county (Oceanside) for him to finish the job. He replied that he had not purchased the software because the tire installation did not occurred on January 29, and he moved to Oceanside. What's crazy is that on the 16th (day of ABS flush), he told me he had bought software program and was waiting on Harley-Davidson to do "something." Also, we never confirmed the tire installation date. I texted him that I would confirm on a later date, but I was unable to do so because I was traveling. If we would had confirmed a tire installation we would had communicated before his arrival to my house. Plus, the tire installation is a different job from the ABS Flush. He informed me that he would not be completing the job and that I should take it to someone else for the light removal. However, I trusted in him to finish the job, so I paid him on January 16 for the ABS flush, he even signed my HD service records on my owners manual. Now, HD dealer services has informed me that I would have to pay to redo the ABS flush because they have to do it to remove the light. That means the ABS flush will cost me close to $600; between what I paid Mike and the HD service cost. I can't understand why he accepted a job where he was asked specifically about having the proper tools to complete the job, but didn't do the work to verify the software before hand. If he would have told me that he didn't have the tools, I would have waited for him to buy it and he could have still done the work. Now I'm going to be having to spend more money. Mike's actions lacks professionalism and integrity to his customers base.

This review is as much about the new location as it is the business itself. I absolutely love…read moretheir new shop. It's spacious and organized, and easily accessible from the 67 and 52 freeways. A little extra space goes a long way. Lemon Grove Cycle Supply is well stocked and well equipped. I know they have all the the tools to do the job right. I can't say that about every shop I've been to. Unlike the dealership and many independent shops, Lemon Grove Cycle Supply doesn't charge an arm and a leg because "they can"... LGCS is extremely competitive. It's only fair to make a little money on parts and consumables, but they don't go overboard. Labor charges are very reasonable as well. For the same price that the dealership wanted to charge me to replace just the rear tire, I had both tires replaced at LGCS. They were the same tires, too - Dunlop Elite 3. Best cruiser/standard tires ever, by the way. Perhaps most importantly, though, is the honesty and knowledge of my ride. I have a Sportster, and so does the owner of LGCS. In fact, we have the same model year bike. If I'm having an issue or a question needing an answer, I get a straightforward yet detailed answer right away. I appreciate going to a shop where they know my bike and don't have to look something up in a parts manual. I almost look forward to when my motorcycle needs some service, as an excuse t drop by Lemon Grove Cycle Supply and pick some brains on the best course of action.
