Bout a 2003 Yamaha r6 off of these guys, came with a 120/70/17 front tire, went back for a new front tire and they put on a new 120/70/17 without checking specific bike specifications, tire needed to be 120/60/17 , one 15 mile ride later and a hole is burned in my front fender, tried to have them fix there error but swapping the tires with the correct size and they told me they could not do anything and I'd have to pay full price for a new tire. read more

Be ware of this place. Stay far away. I bought a bike was not inspected like they say they did. After 3 days it stopped running. Bike broke down 3 days after. 500 dollars later and now I find out the bike is hot wired and u can use any key to start it. If I had the choice I'll go drop this bike off at the finance place instead. Mechanically not inspected as they say. read more

Broke stuff inside my motorcycle while servicing and hid it from me. Another more reputable ship helped me find out.

In December I came here to this place and made a $500 deposit on a motorcycle. I also noticed that after I made that deposit, they still kept it listed for sale when Eddie said he would take it down off the online market such as Offerup and craigslist. Well, shortly thereafter, I got laid off from work and would not be able to purchase the motorcycle and I explained that to Ernesto, who honestly, didnt really care. Ernesto also honestly didnt care because why would you take someone's deposit and still list that item for sale. Ernesto stated to me that "we held the bike for you and we had other potential buyers". So that statement right there proves that even after you put a deposit down, they're still gonna sell it. I then stated to Ernesto that he never sold me the motorcycle cause if Ernesto did, Ernesto would of taken it down off the market. So I told him he should be refunding my deposit because the motorcycle was still for sale even AFTER I put a deposit down. Ernesto said he would talk to his boss and get back to me. So, throughout the month of January and February, I took screenshots of the Offerup site of the motorcycle still for sale to prove my point and still have them today. I contacted Ernesto again to inquire about my deposit being refunded. He stated to me in his email " its non refundable, it doesnt matter if the add was removed or not". Really??? What kinda bat guano is that, that is like committing consumer fraud. If someone puts a deposit down on something and you keep it listed for sale, that just opens the door for someone else to come in and buy the same motorcycle and and not return the original deposit, cause that's exactly what happened. Ernesto stated that he would refund half the amount...really dude...you refund the whole amount if you're gonna offer to pay it back. I have emailed Ernesto multiple times since to try and resolve this and he will not reply. I have made a complaint with the BBB and looks like I may have to take them to court now too. You know, if Ernesto woulda been compassionate and more understanding to the situation I was in and refunded my deposit, I wouldnt be typing this review. But you dont keep someone's money after you sell the motorcycle the deposit was put on regardless of your policies, that money rightfully and legally needs to go back to the buyer. Doesnt respond to repeated sent emails, I am tired of playing games! I have text messages, screenshots, photos, and emails proving that I have given Ernesto many chances to resolve this. I am tired of driving over there to their business to no one able to help and I am tired of emailing to get a response. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANNA KEEP YOUR MONEY... read more

I got a beautiful R1 from Ernesto and Eddie! When I was checking it out it was slow starting! But it started up. They didn't want me to take the bike unless it ran perfect. They put in a new battery and then starter! I rode it home !! A week later bike started having a rough idle . J told them about it and Ernesto picked up the bike and fixed the problem no charge. A loose ground wire. Bike once again is running's so sweet! These guys are cool and have lots of cool bikes at a great deal. One thing to sell bikes but they take care of customers as well!! I would buy another bike from them. Highly Recommended !! read more

I bought a bike here a couple months ago, The first week I bought the bike the clutch lever falls off my bike. I go and call eddy but they did not fix my bike. I order the part and waited about a month. I tried calling him after but he just did not respond. Plus They told me my bike had a 3 month warranty if anything happened. Don't buy here bad business. Their motorcycles are not inspected like they say they are. read more

Absolutely the worst shop I have went to Ernesto is a rip-off I purchased a motorcycle from him had issues the next day while engine started leaking because of bad/ old seals and he wouldn't even fix it less than 24 hours he literally said no! This dude should be shut down! Bought the bike for 3 grand tried to sell it back he said 1 grand lmao even after selling him my old bike dudes a joke! He can't even keep a mechanic because he is so crappy! Makes false promises and the moment you hand him the money he all of a sudden can't live up to his word and that's what being a man is about! LIVING UP TO YOUR WORD BECAUSE YOUR WORD IS YOUR BOND! I don't care if you are in dire need of a bike do not go here I promise you, you will be upset and like I said when you go back it's always some new bs! Newly purchased bike with a burnt out clutch and he says idk dude it's nothing but the clutch was rattling! Which was a sign the springs and clutch plates needed replacement! Go anywhere but do not waste your money here I swear to god don't do it! Also the dude made his own comment because his shop is so trash go look at the "Tips" and see for yourself but do not step foot in here! read more
