Aziz was very accommodating. He worked very hard to get me and my boyfriend approved for a better car for me. I was able to trade my 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT, that had many many problems and it was due for smog and registration. I had a total of four cars to choose from, and with my trade in I only had to put down $500 in cash. Even though I wasn't able to drive off the lot for a few days, they went above and beyond making sure the car was cleaned and all the little issues fixed. There was a small dent in the bumper and they fixed that, the top to the sunroof cover was replaced also. When I got there they had it washed and even put a big red bow on it for me because it was an early birthday present for myself. Aziz was very prompt at communicating with me if I had any questions while waiting for my car and Manny was also great at answering all my questions and even making sure my name was spelled correctly on all the forms LOL. Each time I went to them in hopes to pick the car up, they were always friendly and always offered me water and of course a very large supply of candy which they insisted on me taking. I even asked where he got them from! On very hot days, they made every experience there worth it. I have already referred them to a friend and hopefully Aziz will have another client! I love my Jetta SEL Premium!!! I HIGHLY recommend

I personally do not like it when sales people shadow the buyer and watch them like a hawk reviewing the vehicle. So I had my guard up a bit when i first got there. Let's just say, after first visiting, 2 hours later with a good non-pressured conversation, a reasonable trade in offer on my car that I wasn't initially going to trade in unless the numbers made sense, and a super competitive interest rate, I happily walked away with a car I've been on the hunt for months! I had an outstanding experience at Grand Motors and Omar exceeded every expectation. Why? I'd been searching for a specific car for over two month, even considering buying out of state. When the exact model popped up just 10 miles away, I contacted Omar to confirm it was available. He was responsive, opened the store on Labor Day, and immediately welcomed us in, despite having other customers (it was shocking because no other surrounding dealerships were open that day) The car matched everything I'd been looking for, with only minor cosmetic wear, and the entire process was smooth and pressure-free and I mean it. I wasn't even looking to trade in my car unless the numbers made sense, but Omar offered a reasonable trade-in value on my car that aligned with other dealers and even secured a better interest rate than the franchise dealerships I visited. The transaction was transparent, efficient, and completed in under 2 hours! I've always spent more than 4 hours each time I've made a purchase. It was amazing and smooth honestly. Omar delivered exactly what he promised and earned my trust. I'm happy with my purchase and will absolutely return for future vehicles. Omar did mention he could find me almost any car and just to let him know in advance, so I will take his word on that! Highly recommended! Thank you, Omar!

The price on the van was way over what I was going to spend (and I wasn't buying the kid a van anyway) but the sales guy - I believe his name was Jimmy - was quite nice and I chatted with him about a few other cars on the lot. None were within the budget I had. But Jimmy recommended another dealership up the road called Mendoza. He told me that he didn't know any of the guys over there so he couldn't recommend anyone to talk to but he often saw cars there that fit my price range. So just a shoutout to Jimmy/Carco for being willing to point me in the right direction for what I needed.... and should I run across a windfall of cash in the next week or two, I'll totally head back to Carco and get Jimmy to sell me that sweet-ass red van on the 26s!

The car has a salvage title which may be off putting to most, but I'm satisfied that the car I got was restored to original condition, the body is perfect, everything works as it should and I'm pleased with the purchase. Mo went out of his way to make sure I got all the required parts, reimbursing me for a couple of items that I purchased to complete everything the car is supposed to have. When it turned out the rear passenger window wouldn't open, Mo got it fixed within a day. There's a lot to learn about all of the technology that comes with the car. I put it on charge in the evening when rates are low. I'm using 110 V and it takes five hours but it charges when I'm sleeping and is ready when I need to go. I'm averaging 90+ miles /gal. when I drive locally for most daily issues and use the EV setting. My last Prius now has about 105K miles - never any mechanical issue- over the past eleven years, so I'm a big Toyota fan. Check this lot out- lots of great cars. To me it seems that insurance companies total out cars with moderate body damage- giving them salvage titles when they are bought cheaply by lots like Luxury Auto who have shops to completely restore each car. All of Luxury Imports' cars have salvage titles, which if you can get past that- means you can get a great deal on a car that has had some damage and been restored. Well worth checking out!
