Services: Demolition, removal of dead sod, removal and correct installation of irrigation, correct installation of Decomposed Granite (DG), installation gopher deterrent mesh barrier, Zero-scape the front of the house/gravel only, additional fencing installed to make a distinct garden for the guest unit. About $69,000 USD. The biggest expenses were irrigation and fencing. Bonus: Our dog fell in love with the crew. The only con: our project began in December 2025-January 2026. It took longer than estimated because of the holidays and then unavoidable rain (for the one time of year it rains in LA).
