Only 1/2 of the pressure washer was working, then the other 1/2 the soap only worked.. got .5 the wash on both sides of the vehicle.. it says they're open but nobody here at 6:30.. They used to be a good car wash, they declined rapidly. They will not get my business again. read more

Let me first say that the guys who dry your car off afterward - great guys, always friendly, no issues whatsoever. However, the equipment is frequently broken. I recently signed up for a subscription, and after going four times in three days and only managing to get a car wash on one of those days, I cancelled my subscription. No acknowledgment whatsoever and no offer of a refund - the woman who took my cancellation didn't even speak to me during the entire transaction, so I planned to continue using it for the rest of the month I paid for on those rare days it was operational. They were frequently shut down a lot, but today (and I still have two weeks left) when I went in, my bar code would not work, they let me in for the wash anyway, but the woman who let me in (same one who processed my cancellation two weeks ago) came back out and stopped me for them to tell me I cancelled. I explained that I cancelled but I was still paid for the month, and they let me through. Customer service here is atrocious. I'll be submitting a dispute on my credit card since I did not get the service I signed up for. read more

Soap my ride used to be very good. But, not anymore!!! I have the yearly pass and go about once a week. Every single time I go there I have to go back around because there is always dirt and bugs still left on the car. The people who are supposed to dry off the cars only do a quick job. I always tip them for drying it but, I stopped doing that too!! Will not renew my yearly subscription!!! read more

just moved to town and came by to potentially get a membership. the prices are cheap but i guess you get what you pay for because my car was still dirty paying the second most expensive wash. might as well do it myself and actually get it clean than to pay for a service that doesn't . read more

The reader for the subscription rarely works. I was told today to key in my own numbers to get the gate to open because there is "software" issues. The deiay is time consuming. The staff that clean your vehicle and dry the vehicle are on top of things. The management and equipment not do much. read more

I seen the bad reviews and maybe those were accurate, but I was on this side of BG so decided to try it. Looks like some construction was going on, but it was open. It's a different configuration than some years ago. I drove around the bldg in order to pay. Friendly former soldier discussed the new washes ECT. I chose a wash and drove up to the entrance. There were 2 employees spraying and soaping/brushing my truck, then off thru the automated wash I went. At the end, 2 more employees came out and dried my truck off. My truck looked very good. The wash did take longer than the old way, but it was very clean. And I only choose the 12 $ wash. I couldn't wash my truck that well if I had spent 3 hours doing it myself. Best Car Wash in Bowling Green! New owners have upgraded the entire car wash. New equipment, new wash offerings, full and self service washes. Awesome customer service!! There was a car wash tunnel where workers hand-dried my car to perfection!! They also have a 24-hour section of the wash that allows people to self clean and vacuum their cars or trucks. They even have a pet wash! I bought a package of washes since I just moved to town. It is totally worth it. My kids even loved the fun 3D type glasses they got to wear driving through the tunnel car wash experience! I'll be back with all my cars! AMAZING!! Btw, there are some 2 and 3 year old reviews that Yelp still has posted that reference the previous owners that are TOTALLY irrelevant!! Not impressed. My wheels are still grimy. Paid $12 for clear coat and a few extras, but pretty sure it was just soap. Looks about like it would if I had sprayed it off with water. I also wanted to go through the touch-less car wash I read about, but was directed to the one with the run of the mill big heavy brushes. Overpriced, mediocre at best car wash. Two stars for not damaging my antenna or mirrors. read more

This is definitely my new car easing location. Very friendly helping to select the correct wash, they scrub your bumpers, grill and front window before the automatic wash starts. They even wipe down your car/windows even after the blowers are finished. They do an outstanding job! read more

We paid $10 for a car wash and after it put soap all over the car the green light came on for us to drive out! No rinse, no dry, didn't even finish with the wash. Wasted time and money. I was really surprised by the bad ratings because these guys did great!! We'd gone through construction and been completely covered on one side by muck and mud. I don't ever write reviews only if good but coming here not only is the entrance very confusing backwards compared to most car washes with no signs except when it's too late you see an exit sign, I cannot be the first to have done that but second I ended up in the touchless wash thing which was not my plan and it was $15. Then once I was done I went to ughhh the vacuums, they are so close together you are not able to open your door not even a little if the other person beside you is using it, one out of two vacuum hoses worked and the person beside me was so close- again not their fault -that their vacuum hose kept slapping the side of my truck. Vacuuming was the worst I know they are usually close together but this is extremely close so do not go on a busy day. read more
