To make matters worse, if you want tire shine, you're expected to carry around a large 5-gallon container and apply it yourself, regardless of how much you paid for your wash. I spoke with both the general manager and the district manager about my concerns. Instead of showing any understanding or trying to make things right, they seemed annoyed that I brought it up. There was no apology, no offer to refund or comp the wash, and no attempt to address the inconvenience. I was simply told that "next time" someone would apply the tire shine for me. Unfortunately, there won't be a next time. While applying the tire shine myself, I ended up damaging a $100 pair of pants. Even after mentioning that, there was no concern, no empathy, and no effort to resolve the situation. I left feeling like my time and business didn't matter. There are plenty of car washes that charge less, provide better service, and actually value their customers. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location based on my experience.

The timers on the pressure washer are the longest I've seen, and I'm coming from Florida. I was in town for an auto event and wanted to make my ride look good. I brought my own cleaning buckets and wash towels, rinsed the car off, filled my bucket with my soap and their hot water from the pressure washer, and had to wait forever for the time to run out. You definitely get your money's worth in time the washer is on. I washed my car by hand, not one person came up and bothered me about my own stuff. Then I dropped money in again and rinsed the whole thing down. Superb. ALSO: The vacuum area is covered. I mean it's UNDER a roof. No rain, no hot sun! I've never seen this. This place has got it going on, and will get my business again this year when I'm back for the same auto event. NOTE: I can't speak for the staff, I didn't interact with them. And NO ONE should use an auto car wash on their whip if they care about the looks of the paint. That's like washing your car with a rag full of sand. Pay someone to wash your stuff, or get the exercise and do it yourself. THIS PLACE IS GREAT for do-it-yourself washing.

It's a different configuration than some years ago. I drove around the bldg in order to pay. Friendly former soldier discussed the new washes ECT. I chose a wash and drove up to the entrance. There were 2 employees spraying and soaping/brushing my truck, then off thru the automated wash I went. At the end, 2 more employees came out and dried my truck off. My truck looked very good. The wash did take longer than the old way, but it was very clean. And I only choose the 12 $ wash. I couldn't wash my truck that well if I had spent 3 hours doing it myself. I'll def be back!
