Complaint Details - no honor! I purchased vouchers from Waterworks auto wash in Bowling Green, KY. The company was sold to Cheetah auto wash. I called Cheetah corporate HQ, and they approved for me to use my remaining vouchers. Since I'm a retired military veteran, I travel. Kentucky is where I was born, so I purchased a summer home in Ky and only spend 2- 3 months in Ky yearly. I had approximately 13 vouchers, and Cheetah always accepted them. The last time I used a voucher was on May 6, 2024. They are a very good company and do professional work. The only issue I've ever had was back in May, they felled to properly clean and my trunk, and I did call and complained. I left Ky back in May, and returned this month, September 22. I stopped by Cheetah to use a voucher; however, I was informed by Cheetah corporate (270-842-0286), who also spoke with the Regional manager, that they will no longer accept vouchers because of the time length from when they purchased Water works. They told me they would contact the owner and see if the owner will provide an acceptation to policy and a decision to accept my vouchers. But, they haven't called back! Anyway, the reason they should accept my remaining vouchers, valued at $162.00 is because I don't live in KY and only spend limited time in my summer home. If they were going to stop honoring vouchers, they should have informed me during my other washings, especially when I visited them on May 6, 2024. With the informed decision, I could have gifted or sold the vouchers to a family member who lives in Ky. I didn't know Water works was selling to Cheetah or I would have approached Water works for a resolution. As I stated, I only visit Ky sporadically. I appreciated Cheetah initially honoring the vouchers, but it's not fair or good business to make me a funding escape goat. Cheetah must remain professional and honor my vouchers. Why should I provide capital to a company, who makes thousands/millions of profits? How would it hurt them to honor my vouchers? read more

I went to get my car washed today and the price for the basic was $18!! The last time I came here, roughly 2 - 3 months ago- the price was $12. I did not see an explanation for the price raise and did not see any change in customer service so as to justify this price change. The vacuum was clogged and when I waved someone down to ask them about it, they seemed bothered that I brought this up and then spoke down to me about how it was clogged and I was using it wrong. read more

with all the car washes in Bowling Green, my eyes rolled when I heard Cheetah was coming in on Cave Mill Road, well, let me tell you, they are the best....all the attendents are so nice and helpful...the car wash itself is awesome and it does a wonderful job...as well as the people who clean out the inside of your car, I couldn't do a better job myself....my only complaint is, that the dryer doesn't dry off the water very well, but otherwise, can't complain one bit...love the belt you drive on...thanks to everyone who works at Cheetah Car Wash on Cave Mill Road, your the best. read more

I was driving a truck down the bypass and got side-swiped by another truck causing my sideview mirror to slam into my own window, breaking my window into millions of pieces. Glass everywhere. Thank God for safety glass. The folks at Cheetah were great. I pulled into their vacuum area and they allowed me to clean up the truck. No charge. They were always coming up and asking if I needed help or anything else. I'm so glad I already have an account with them. First off the Car wash is called Cheetah Clean Car Wash now and it is in Bowling Green KY on US 31-W Bypass! Today is Monday the 11th of 2015. Today I had the absolute worst experience anyone could have at a car wash. I pulled in with my 94yr old grandmas car to surprise her and have her car washed. I talked to the people working and they suggested the $12 wash because the car was dirty so I went with it. So I went through the car wash to find that at the end of the wash the car was STILL dirty! So I pulled back around and told the attendant that and he started to clean off what the car wash didn't get.... About 30secs later the "Manager" comes out with his arms up saying "what's the problem" I stand there and don't say anything because the guy is already taking care of it. The manager because to rudely talk to his employee and tell him to do two other things instead of fixing my problem. THEN the manager grabs the spray bottle and rag from the employee and hands it to me and tells me that if I want it cleaned off to do it myself! I tell him "I don't work here!" He responds and says "what's the problem" I then tell him "I came here expecting to get my car washed and it's not" he then asks me what wash I got and I tell him "the gazelle" ....I believe and he tells me that the wash I selected is "a wash for cars that are already clean!" THIS IS THE SECOND MOST EXPENSIVE WASH YOU CAN GET LET ME TELL YOU! The next highest is $18! So I respond and say "then what are the other washes for? Cars that don't need washing at all?" And he responds by calling me a JACK ASS and says if I want to talk to him like that I can leave! I respond in a nice way the whole time being come the whole time and he is talking to me like a dog and this is suppose to be the manager! HOLD ON IT GETS WORSE BELIEVE IT OR NOT! So I tell him "man I'm not trying to cause problems I just want to get my car washed like I payed for" so he finally says "fine if the free vacuum wasn't enough for you pull around and we will send it through again" so I thank him and pull up! He then tell me to put the antenna down and I tell him "I can't it is broke it won't go down" so he says ok and I roll up my window...next thing I know he is tapping on my window with the antenna so I roll my window down and he says "here's your antenna, you said it was broke anyways" and he hands me my antenna that he broke off my 94 year old grandmas car! I then roll my window up and proceed through the car wash not knowing what to do or quite frankly what just happened. So I leave because by the time I'm out of the car wash I am furious especially since it's not my car! So I tell my dad what happened and we both go back to Cheetah Clean Car Wash on the Bypass in Bowling Green KY 42101 lol and try to work it out with the guy! INSTEAD he wants to argue and yell and cuss me and my dad out in front of all his customers. Then he throws his hat down and notepad down and acts like he wants to fight so I say "what are you gonna do man" and he says just tells me to get off his property and tell his employees to film me not listening so I have no other option but to leave! SO DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! It is ran by a CRAZY GUY THAT WILL BREAK YOUR ANTENNA OFF OF YOUR 94YR OLD GRANDMAS CAR AND WILL CUSS YOU OUT! It is terrible and I will not stand for this! I will post this to Facebook, Twitter, Anything! You name it and it will be on it! The Managers name is Jeff Fields he is a real jerk! Please seriously think before entering this car wash! I will NEVER use this car wash again. Damage to my car was noted immediately after I exited the wash. Filed a claim report and staff took pictures before I even left the property. When I spoke with the manager, Jeff Fields, later on the phone, he denied any possibility of responsibility. Scratches were very consistent with car wash damage and I am certain those marks were not there before I entered the wash. He told me that I probably scratched it myself removing ice the prior winter. My car is 7 months old and is garaged both at home and at work and I have never scrapped ice of the trunk lid! When I expressed disagreement with him, he became very angry and told me I could take him to small claims court if I wanted and then hung up on me. Terrible business manners and customer service.
