Amazing service. Wide selection of lighting. Affordable or extravagant peices. Clearance in august…read moreand september. There is quite the selection of peices online. But to save you time. Just narrow down the search to the particular style you want and come to the store. Service is spectacular here. Upon walking in, i was greeted and helped instantly. There are some beautiful peices here for any price range. The nice part is that everything is hung and lights are on so you can see the full effect. The ceilings are 12 feet high so they are typical of most homes. They have lots of sale items which are typically the last lf the item and are used as displays. These can be bought and taken home the day of sale. Other items if are not carried in stock take about 4 weeks...any sooner and its possible for damage to occur to the lights. I luckily snagged an amazing peice for just $39 regular $450. It was the last of its kind and display but they were doing the clearance to make room for the new inventory which arrives in october. Within one hour i had my peice all cleaned up like new and packaged nicely for transport. They sell all sort of light bulbs here too. So you can get all your needs met on one visit. The difference of here and the chain stores are that the service is spectacular. Theres a wider selection. And you get to see displays in use so that you can visulaize the light they give off. A must visit if you are buying a new home or renovating!

We bought a Mlily mattress for our trailer and loveit. Slept on it for the last six months camping…read more We were so happy with it , that we bought another for our home. Best sleep ever, my partner and I both have back problems and on this mattress there are no issues. The next issue regards pricing. We checked online for a bed frame and found one for under a thousand on sale. We talked to them, they sent pictures and when we got to the store my partner loved it. When doing the final sale they came back and said the wrong price was placed on their site. Now don't blame the person that is not there, to defend themselves. I didn't make a fuss, or demand that they give us the advertised price, but we assumed they would have given us some sort of a deal on the "new price". Nope, nothing. So no sale on their part, conclusion: check pricing before going in to buy.

After doing extensive research online on mattresses my search for a top-quality mattress led me to…read moreThe Mattress & Sleep Company. I prepared myself with as much knowledge about mattresses as I could, so as to not be sold by some sleezy mattress salesman that's better at deceiving than presenting facts (looking at you Big Box Stores). After walking into the store and heading straight towards the latex mattresses, Daniel (the owner I believe) came over and started describing the mattresses. Where they were made, how they were made, etc.. I could tell immediately that he was extremely knowledgable and cared about selling a quality mattress that would last a long time. I was stuck between a Dunlop and Talalay mattress, so I ended up going home to think about it. Daniel didn't try to sell me on the mattress that day, I'm sure he knows these beds sell themselves. I came back the following weekend to order the Talalay mattress. It arrived 2 days ago and I haven't slept better in years. If you're looking for a top quality mattress made with the best materials to the best standards and a team of sales people that are equally as good, then look no further. Do yourself (and back) a favour and stop in here for a lay down.

Shopping for an area rug for our new house was a daunting process. After multiple trips to shops…read morelike Home Sense, Winners and other smaller home retailers I decided I should try a store that specialized in rugs to try and find something I loved. The store does custom orders, and also has "off the shelf" rugs to purchase that are organized by size. The size organization was a huge time saver, allowing me to concentrate on pattern and texture. A staff member brought me some water to drink and large plastic clips to mark the rugs I like (the same process as wedding dress shopping for any ladies who have been through that). There were a lot of rugs I liked, and one in particular that was exactly what I had pictured wanting for our space. The staff brought it down and laid it out on the floor for me to look at, and then wrapped it up for us to put in our car. The purchase process here is a little different than a normal store - you "sign out" rugs for 48 hours with a credit card hold, and if you like it, the store confirms over the phone and then bills your card for the rug(s) you are keeping. They emailed me my bill and care instructions within 30 minutes of talking on the phone. The staff here were lovely and the selection is top notch. The rug I selected was within the budget I set out before going shopping, and prices were totally in line with other stores I have visited.
