These are sweet things - kinda of like a fondue but no oil, just heat up the marble slab with Sterno and grill your eats right on the stone. The elevators are cleaned and smell fresh at all times. The lobby and common areas are always meticulous. It's a non smoking building, other tenants respectfully smoke outside. Dogs are welcome, (I am a dog owner), there is a small friendly community of well behaved dogs and friendly owners. Our unit has a spectacular view and has a new kitchen and bath. We have been here for six months and think we couldn't have chosen a better place to live in downtown Edmonton. This older renovated building is truly a jewel, and anyone looking should check it out.
