I found "Marty Tile" on line and he promptly returned my request for an estimate. The quote sounded reasonable and after a week we contacted him to let him know that we wanted to go ahead - he referred me to Tile Town to choose tile for the project. I went there the next day and found it to be a great experience. I was working with a budget and the staff there guided me to choose a beautiful tile which blended perfectly with my existing decor. That was the extent of the work I had to do on this project! Marty and his team picked up the tiles and delivered new tub and fixtures to the house. Special thanks to Randy and Chris who arrived the following Monday to begin demo and construction They were professional, skilled and polite and I enjoyed having them in my home for the short time it took to change our bathroom forever. They worked diligently each day and before they left each night made sure the job site was left clean, even vacuuming the carpet outside the room so no one would accidently step on something sharp. Five short days later, the projected wrapped up and the result is outstanding. Everyone entering the bathroom is wowed by the change - My son said he never believed that old bathroom could look like this and we are proud to show it off. We are planning on adding another bathroom in the basement and will use this group again. Tile Town and Marty Tile get a rave review from us! Patricia E

As we live 3 hrs from their location, and my husband being handy in doing repairs, they had no hesitation in providing the parts and instructions on how to fix our problems which were very few. I would highly recommend them if you are looking at purchasing a hot tub.

Just one star for the overall experience ordering a hot tub cover from Sunray, I would give 3 stars…read more(for now) for the final product, after it was redone. The initial cover was sewn horribly, it had creases all over the corners and in the middle of the cover, also, the styrofoam used was cut too small and the two sides of the cover were not equal. They refuse to give you the exact specs for the foam, the owner told me it was a trade mark secret?!?, even when I insisted and told him that's not possible since he is not the manufacturer of the foam. If you search for different manufactures for covers, you'll see the price differs when you choose the foam, and the fact the owner didn't want to disclose this information, except the never-ending praise "our covers are the best", makes one regret not reading the reviews before ordering. I should add the hot tub we own was bought from Sunray many years ago, all our supplies were bought from them, this is how they treat their loyal customers. My husband and I ordered the cover in October 2023, we also bought the solar blanket, which we wanted to return the next day because it wasn't one piece, it was two, sewn together, what kind of an expert sews something that goes onto the water? He told us that we can use RV silicone to glue the two pieces and it will be fine, but guess what, silicone didn't take to that plastic. Do you think the owner offered to reimburse us? No way, he just likes to talk a lot. In December, when the order should have been ready, I called the company and spoke with the salesperson and he told me it's going to be delayed for a couple of weeks because they have the fabric but they don't have the foam. I called again in January, they said they have the foam but they don't have the fabric. That's the way they lie, they don't even have the decency to keep up with their lies. Turns out, they just didn't bother to order the fabric, they only stopped blaming the supplier after I sent an email to that supplier in which I told them how the lies spread by Sunray might damage their reputation. By the end of January I went to the store with a friend of mine that was in the same situation, the order was made a few weeks before ours. We insisted the owner gave us the money back but he refused, he showed us the small print on the invoice "no backsies". In the end, my friend got the money back by contacting the bank, even after a few months you can dispute a visa claim. We got the horribly sewn cover by the end of March, it felt like we paid for a Mercedes that was advertised as a Ferrari and received a Pony. We took it back and expressed our disappointment once again. It took them a month to fix the cover, which is still not perfect, one corner has small creases and another corner has the seam off the edge of the foam. Also, the salesperson told me that if I want something perfect, I should do it myself, well, for $800 and do it yourself, that says a lot about "our covers are the best on the market", with sass on top. For this cover we've waited for 6 months, I've called them at least 10 times, I went to the store 10 times, the cost of the cover alone was over $800. There's a recent article about Sunray, you should give it a read, especially since the owner told me the bad reviews are paid for by his competition, well, I feel bad because nobody's paid me, it's almost like my experience and other people's experience was real, also, all those people suing and winning the lawsuits, how about that lesson in civil law Mr. Innocent Until Proven Guilty, not that condescending now, are we? Or should I say, not that innocent?

My must haves were semi gloss lacquer upper cabinets and continuous horizontal grain walnut base cabinets to go over my freshly laid polished porcelain Calacatta marble floor tiles. Florkowsky's was hired approximately Feb 30/15. They removed the old kitchen cabinets and built and installed brand new cabinets and I had a fully functional kitchen with exactly what I had asked for by May 6/15. Overall the timeframe to completion was a bit long however I can't fault Florkowsky's entirely for that. What is more important to me is the overall outcome of my kitchen and I must say I am in LUV! Here are a couple of examples of what this company will do to ensure the client is happy: 1) I could not decide on the finish/ how much gloss I wanted on the upper cabinetry. I finally decided on 25 %, the upper cabinets were all installed and when I saw them I didn't like the finish, it was too matte. The installers removed all the doors, took them back to the shop, resprayed them with 40% and reinstalled them. 2) ordered multiple sheets of walnut veneer until I found the "ones" 3) I picked out all the cabinet hardware, it was ordered and delivered and then I changed my mind. I found some other cabinet hardware online that I preferred and Jason got it for me! Would I recommend this company? Yes, in a heartbeat! Combine all of the above with quality materials and craftsmanship and impeccable attention to detail, it's a win win and what you will get if you hire Florkowsky's. This is a company that truly cares about the customer. I thought I was picky but Florkowsky's installers exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. I love my kitchen so much, if I could... I would marry it, lol! Many thanks to Florkowsky's Woodworking & Cabinets, and special thanks to Jason : ) Sincerely ML
