You guys, this place is legit and well for sure be going back despite the distance! My wife and I both got Banana Lattes and they were fantastic. The problem with a lot of coffee shops (local or chain) is they have these speciality drinks on their menus, but they never really taste like what they are meant to taste like. This was like your Grandma's World Famous Banana Pudding, but in coffee form. It was creamy, had tons of banana flavor, wasn't too sweet, and the espresso was perfectly pulled to balance everything out. We also got a few pastries and my only regret was not getting any pictures. That's mainly because we devoured them so quickly. One was their Pistachio Croissant which was packed full with pistachio spread. No skimping there. We also got their Blueberry Croissant which gave baklava vibes with this sticky sweet honey/syrup. A little messy, but totally worth it. The service was excellent and the owner was super friendly and helpful with making suggestions on what to order. All around it was great vibes, great drinks and food, and a great experience in general. Quick side note, to the dude crying over their WiFi password being "FreePalastine" in their review saying how they should keep their opinions to themselves, you're probably the same type of person who would be all like "Hell yeah brother!" and high-fiving the owner if it had been "MAGA2028" instead. I stopped by here yesterday morning with my family for our morning coffee. Whenever we go on…read morevacation, we try to hit up a new coffee shop every morning, and on this morning we ended up heading over to Fireside Coffee Roasters. Its location seems to be in a residential area behind a house, and a sign inside sums it up well by saying, "weird location, great coffee." Besides its unusual location, the coffee shop itself has a merchandise area where you order and then a couple of rooms, including one with a fake fireplace. They also have some outdoor seating with blue hanging lights, which my son enjoyed. For my coffee on this morning, since they are coffee roasters, I went with an Americano while my wife chose an orange-flavored cold brew complete with orange peel inside of it. In any case, I really enjoyed my coffee here as it was smooth, dark, and rich with a great coffee flavor throughout. My wife also enjoyed her coffee here, especially the orange flavor, which can often be tricky to get through in a coffee. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My wife and I both enjoyed our coffee, and it looked like they also had tons of baked goods available from a local baking company.

The staff has always been kind and helpful whenever I've visited, and they have a huge selection of drinks to choose from. Some of my favorites so far have been the Icy Thai, Purple Oreo, Matcha drinks, Fruit Teas, and their Milk Teas. I especially appreciate that their Milk Teas are dairy-free, which is a big plus for me. I did try one of the Milkaholic drinks (the Cloudy Ube), and since those contain dairy, the dairy flavor ended up overpowering the drink for my taste. If you like dairy drinks you may enjoy it more, but it wasn't my favorite. I went back because I thought something was wrong with the drink, and the staff was kind enough to make me a different drink to replace it! I also tried the Coco Bean Blend, which is made with Vietnamese drip coffee and a coconut slush. The coffee flavor was very strong and bitter for me, and the coconut slush didn't have much flavor and felt more frozen than slushy. One other thing I noticed on my most recent visit is that the fish tank (which is black) seems to have a lot fewer fish than it did when they first opened or during previous visits. Overall though, this is still a really fun spot with lots of drink options, and I'll definitely keep coming back to try more from their menu.

But-I just am so impressed with the staff here every time, maybe it's because most know me now as I'm in there once a week. But that has worked out well as they can give me really good options for what I'm feeling that day. I was lucky enough to have a morning staff I know all together on Friday morning(Nov 10) to help with some adjustments on our drinks-my daughter was with me and she is very picky about her coffee(used to be a barista). She was not a Biggby fan because she looks at the nutrition for the drinks and feels there's way too much sugar in their lattes. Once I started looking, I was a-bit shocked myself as we like the 20 ounce size.....So on this day while we were together, we were able to tell them her concerns and change our coffees to still have good flavor but cut calories AND sugar! An extra plus for me as now I know how to do that if there's ever staff that don't know me well. Add that I still have not seen this place messy or dirty. Still thumbs up for me!
