Ordered a black milk tea with boba. Usually a good marker of how good the rest of the menu is. My drink was overpriced for watered down tea, no sugar added as part of the regular drink, and the powdered creamer they used sticking to the sides of the cup/not fully mixed in. If this place is going to profit off of Asian culture, at least do it right. read more

I've had my fair share of mediocre bubble tea but this one took the cake. I ordered a mango smoothie with regular tapioca and wow I understand why it only took 1 minute for them to finish making my order. It didn't even have a smoothie texture, it was more like flavored milk with ice chips. They use a powder base for their flavors and you can really taste the chemicals and chalkiness in every sip. Couldn't make it past 3 sips before I had to throw it away. Wouldn't recommend. I'd rather pay more for better quality. You don't gotta cut corners like that man ruined my afternoon. If this is your first boba/bubble tea experience don't let it be your last. There's far better places out there. read more

Me and my friend split a SMALL sized bubble tea and it was $7, not to mention it was mostly ice and basically tasted like Welches apple juice. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

As a boba enthusiast, I was excited to see this place in the mall. However- as I walked in I realized it was not a normal bubble tea shop. There are about 100 flavors, 100 boba flavors, it's just a lot. The menu stressed me out. I ordered milk tea with tapioca bubbles (my normal order at any boba place). It tasted HORRIBLE. The milk tea is literally made from powder. The boba was overcooked and way too chewy (almost dissolving). I ended up throwing my entire drink away. It tasted like chemicals. The staff was very very nice, but avoid this place if you know what real bubble tea should taste like. read more

I got green tea with violet flavor and cantaloupe bubbles, and what an awesome combination! Although the menu was extensive and a little overwhelming, the quality of the service and the product were fantastic. One gripe I had, which refrained me from giving this store 5 stars, was that there was only one staff member running it. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend stopping by. read more

It seems to be keeping up with the various health food options and dietary preferences. I was pleased to see some of my favorite foods, snacks, and products in stock. Most of the prices are comparable to what I'd expect for these types of items. Although I've yet to try it, the cafe and juice bar looks like a nice edition to the store since the days of being located downtown. The store is generally always neat, clean, and organized. Someone will typically say hello when you walk in. I'm glad to see that this store is still in business after many decades, and I wish the family much success in running the store for generations to come.

The lettuce was a little soggy by the time I got it, but I'm guessing if you got it fresh from the cafe it would be better. There was a ton of flavor from the hummus and dressing. It was a perfect blend of vegetables that tasted delicious together. The cookie was the perfect cap, as it was soft and flavorful. I would definitely come here again and next time would like to try a smoothie!

While it first appears to be a little sketchy, the food is quality and delicious. We each had a burger. I have a bacon cheeseburger. It was so big, it did last until next day, and I always measure a burger in two ways, how does it taste first day and how does it taste next day. This burger was such high quality, it did not taste like a fast burger, it was restaurant style and quality. The fries as well. They seem to be Board Walk fry style and you can also get sweet potato. They portions were so big, we had to bring home four portions of fries since we all upgraded to a meal deal. You can get a shake with your meal instead of a soda, but they were more like concretes or blizzards, ready to eat with a spoon, so thick and delicious. I had the peanut butter cup with so many fat chunks of candy, it was exactly how I hoped it would taste. Yes, it was so good, I would drive back out here just to get a burger. I am not sure now far it is from me, maybe an hour? But I would drive an hour for this good of a burger. There was also a nice steady stream of customers, so you know others in the area must know how good this place is, a real hidden gem. If the company or franchiser is looking to expand in MI, we would love to see a location open up in Oakland County or the surrounding area. The people working here were very nice, helpful and friendly, but the woman manning the counter seemed very sick. She had a mask on and was coughing and sneezing. It would not be a problem, except she continuously took off her mask to talk to us and other customers, she took it off to cough and sneeze and wipe her nose on herself. It did not seem like proper food code and I am not sure if she washed her hands, and she did handle food, since she brought all bags and trays out to customers creating tons of cross contamination. I agree, some of us do need to work when we are not feeling well, but she could have and should have kept the mask on and frequently washed hands if she needed to touch or blow her nose. It's located inside the gas station at Bristol and Lennon near Miller Road and the airport, an easy stop with plenty of parking plus a Coffee Beanery and convenience store all in one spot. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, even pointing out the "secret menu" posted near the register (check the photos). Service felt welcoming right from the start. The fries were fresh-cut with skins on, creamy inside with a light crisp outside. I personally would've liked them cooked just a touch longer, but flavor-wise they were solid. Portions are generous across the board. I ordered the double bacon burger and it was loaded with meat, definitely not a skimpy fast-casual burger. The potato bun tasted great but had a hard time containing everything. Bacon was nicely cooked, and the real standout was the Mooyah sauce, closer to a yum yum-style sauce than a traditional burger spread. The shakes were thick and creamy without being overly sweet, and the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies were a great surprise. Only minor downside was waiting about 10 minutes for a takeout box since they were kept in the kitchen while staff managed orders up front. Overall, great value, big portions, and a strong first impression for a new Flint location. I'd absolutely come back, though next time I'd stick with a single burger since the portions are more than enough. PS. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program for free stuff.

I visit this boba shop every time I'm in the area. I've never written a yelp review before, but seeing the reviews currently on here, I felt it was necessary. Many of these reviews address the very large order options. While its true that by just looking at the menu you may be overwhelmed by how much they have, its color coordinated and in neat sections, making it easy to read. I find the number of options great; if you're overwhelmed you can easily order something simple or ask the incredibly nice staff for recommendations. I've been to many boba shops, (even in other states while visiting family,) and this is easily my favorite place to be. While I personally hate all tapioca pearls so I've never tried them at this place, I always get flavored milk tea with popping pearls, and its absolutely amazing. I've taken almost all of my friends to try their drinks and everyone is obsessed now. Some get monster energy drink boba, some get classic milk tea, some get just tea, some get frappe boba, and some get smoothie boba. Theres something here for everyone!!!
