The staff has always been kind and helpful whenever I've visited, and they have a huge selection of drinks to choose from. Some of my favorites so far have been the Icy Thai, Purple Oreo, Matcha drinks, Fruit Teas, and their Milk Teas. I especially appreciate that their Milk Teas are dairy-free, which is a big plus for me. I did try one of the Milkaholic drinks (the Cloudy Ube), and since those contain dairy, the dairy flavor ended up overpowering the drink for my taste. If you like dairy drinks you may enjoy it more, but it wasn't my favorite. I went back because I thought something was wrong with the drink, and the staff was kind enough to make me a different drink to replace it! I also tried the Coco Bean Blend, which is made with Vietnamese drip coffee and a coconut slush. The coffee flavor was very strong and bitter for me, and the coconut slush didn't have much flavor and felt more frozen than slushy. One other thing I noticed on my most recent visit is that the fish tank (which is black) seems to have a lot fewer fish than it did when they first opened or during previous visits. Overall though, this is still a really fun spot with lots of drink options, and I'll definitely keep coming back to try more from their menu.

As I was coming north on Meadowbrook Rd, I drove right past the driveway because I wasn't expecting it to be that far south of 10 Mile Rd. The structure had a drive through window, but it wasn't currently being used. The parking lot was huge with spaces in front of and to the west of the building. The main entrance brought you into the market, however if you kept walking towards the back, it will lead you to OneZo Cafe. We don't have this boba tea chain in my hometown as you have to drive north to OC for the nearest branch. What struck me about this cafe was how roomy the space was. The tables and sofas were placed well apart from each other. More furniture could easily have been added without crowding the area. It's the largest seating capacity I have encountered for such a business and is a great place to do work. My feedback will be strictly for the beverages I ordered from OneZo Cafe. I did not spend time perusing the shelves of merchandise at Hers Zakka Market. A self-service kiosk was to the right of the service counter. I chose two drinks from the Creative Mix section of the menu. The first was a Peach Oolong Tea with Popping Boba. The second was a Grape Green Tea Crush with Aloe Jelly. The cashier informed me that the popping boba variety was unavailable so I made a substitution with regular boba which I preferred anyway. The oolong tea flavor was noticeable and not overshadowed by the fruitiness of the peach. The pearls had a soft chewiness to them. Not many spots offer grape as a flavor for their fruit teas. Whenever I see grape on the menu, it's usually one of my picks. The liquid was purple in color and not too sweet. The aloe jelly was alright but not as good as the pearls. Meal sets, onigiri, karaage, and curry rice were just some of the savory food offerings on the menu. Desserts like egg waffles, cream puffs, and tiramisu were also available. The next time I am in town, I will have to make a return visit and sample some of these items. OneZo Cafe is not a highly visible business, yet I think it's underrated for what it delivers. I gave a 4.5 star rating for my initial experience.
