This cute little place was great! The customer service was wonderful too. My daughter has a food dye allergy and they were able to pull out a binder that lists all the ingredients in any of their products I will say, the drinks are incredibly sweet at least ours were. I took home the one my son couldn't drink because it was just too sweet and added fresh lemon juice,water and more ice and it was delicious! My daughters dye free lemonade and pomegranate bubbles was not as sweet which was really yummy! They have boba and bubble tea,macaroons,cute little trendy gifts. read more

My daughter and I are big fans of their bubble tea! They have fair prices and so many different flavors to choose from. They have different bases to choose from for your tea (my favorite is the snow!) Then you pick the base flavor, and then the bubble flavor. So many different options for both! So far, I've only been here twice and both times I had a great experience. Oh, they also sell cake pops and chocolate covered pretzels! I've never tried them myself but they are decorated very nicely and they look delicious. Friendly staff and quick service, I definitely recommend. read more

Had a large Royal milk tea with coffee jellies-delicious! My son had a raspberry snow with blueberry bubbles and loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff. I really wish it was a tad more affordable bc I would come back much more often. My drink was $6.25!:/ So it will have to be an occasional treat at that price. read more

Talk about stellar customer service! The girls at the register were the absolute sweetest and went out of their way to be accommodating. They were also patient with my indecisiveness and helped tremendously by offering samples of the boba (which is made fresh every few hours), Royal milk tea, and tropical fruit jellies. We ended up purchasing ten drinks because they're high quality teas are made with attention to detail, down to the super cute bear drawings on the cups. I wish they were closer to our house. I highly recommend everyone stop by if they're in the area. The owner took the time to show his appreciation for our patronage and explained that not only did his wife go to school to study the art of making boba drinks but that they also don't take short cuts like other boba shops by purchasing cheap ingredients. They purchase their cane sugar all the way from Taiwan. The quality they maintain shines through when tasting the different varieties they offer. I'm super enthused that better quality boba places are popping up in Michigan and one no longer has to drive to another state for decent boba. read more

I liked it. I would get something new the next time I go because I didn't think what I got was awesome after awhile, but the customer service was amazing. I really liked that they have other things there besides tea, because I'm not that crazy about tea. I also enjoyed the London table with stuff to buy. I had been looking for London Eisenhower items for awhile to show my support, and I'm happy that they have things there. Even though I didn't think my drink was fantastic (I think it was because I don't really like shakes), Bubble Bee Tea deserves its high rating because of everything they have to offer. Today was my first encounter at Bubble Bee Tea. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to sample the royal milk tea before ordering. Unfortunately, the drinks were not as good as anticipated. The royal milk tea was too sweet and the tapioca bubbles were chewy on the outside but hard at its core. Additionally, the tapioca bubbles were not sweet enough. The black tea was decent, but not great. For the price, I would not get it again. read more

This used to be my #1 favorite place to go in Grand Blanc. After today, I can no longer support this establishment. I walked in to see everybody behind the counter not wearing masks. This is unsettling as the cases of coronavirus continue to grow in the us and with reopenings cases are growing at a higher rate. It wasn't sitting right with me, so I asked the owner why nobody behind the counter was wearing a mask. She responded very quickly that there was a plastic shield and went into a spiel about how she *refuses to infringe on her workers bodily rights* to not wear a mask. I had to interrupt to be able to voice my concerns. I pointed out that even though there are shields to protect the work area from customers' spreading the virus, that doesn't mean that workers aren't exposed outside of work and bringing it into the work area. It is putting her customers in danger by not wearing masks while they prepare cold drinks. They explained that they do bleach and clean frequently, but even the manager said that customers will talk through the gaps in the plastic shield. This is concerning even if they bleach the area immediately because the employees could be breathing in the air droplets from customers. The manager also made the argument that some will pass out from wearing masks but they don't even have a loosely enforced policy surrounding masks or have an alternative method to protect workers and customers like a face shield. Ultimately, the negligent attitude from the manager is frightening and I cannot, in good faith, continue to support this business. Apologies for a long and detailed review but people deserve to make an informed decision. read more

If your ordering a tea drink make sure not to get ice with it. My 16oz drink had less then 8oz of tea in the glass due to all the ice they put in. Your basically paying for a 16oz cup. read more
