They don't take accountability; there is no apology; there is no effort to make it right. Instead, they tried to say it happened a while ago (it happened about a year ago) and that I lied. I did not. As I mentioned in my first review, I received a PARTIAL refund. I am still out of pocket $1,200 for services I was unable to use. I would have been happy to move that money to facials or something else, but they refused and only offered the laser treatment. There are a lot of med spas out there. My recommendation is to check out another place.
