We were craving some good ol spicy chinese food. The dining room is decent sized. The menu is very big with pictures. Now I am not sure the official name of things because my husband just ordered, but we got the shredded potatos, cumin lamb, fried fish and it had pickled long beans, and a spicy beef dish. All were amazing. I really liked the greens that came with the cumin lamb. The shredded potatoes I like the spicy sour and garlicky ones. I think that dish is mostly szechuan? If it weren't for the poor interior design, this would be a home run. I don't know why they tried to cram so many tables inside especially in the layout they did, as it creates an unnecessarily loud, cramped, and smelly restaurant. But with staff that are accommodating despite training, it's not the worst thing ever. As for the menu, food comes out fast, fast enough where they most definitely are not cooking everything scratch to order. But when the quality is consistent, warm to the center and seasoned appropriately I can't be too mad. Plus they might have the best Naan in DFW. I always love being proven wrong when it comes to food and if this spot can stay consistent with their food I can forgive them on the nitpicky stuff. Definitely recommend giving them a chance!
