I'm glad I use them for their skills because 2 weeks ago there was a major accident on the 5 freeway (tons of chicken feathers spilled) and Jon knew when to exit and take me to SeaTac another way which was only about 20 minutes longer. I would have missed my plane otherwise. I live 60 miles south of SeaTac and the cost is well worth it but it is reasonable considering the superb service.
