We agreed that I'd purchase the needed motion detector and post lights and he would coordinate with my tenant for installation. He was on time and efficient and sent me photos of his work. Tenant was very happy. Although Jason got the post lights working, in order to hide the wires they required further work tracing down wiring that ran across the front yard. Jason coordinated with my landscaper to meet on a follow up day and figured out how to best run the wiring to the post lights.
