RES was contracted to install my vinyl siding by Lowe's installation services. While on the surface…read morethe job looks fine for the most part, they did damage and scratch several pieces of the new siding and didn't fully complete the project. All the trash was left on the property including their lunch leftovers. They did not reinstall several items removed from the house. My gutter downspouts were broken and just thrown in the trash pile. One exterior light fixture was broken and not reinstalled. The live wires were left hanging out from a hole they made in the siding. The light fixtures they did reinstall were wired incorrectly. Also one of my exterior outlets was disconnected from the house structure and now just dangling behind the siding in the wall. The brackets to support the electric meter and incoming power supply where were also not reattached. I'm assuming they are also somewhere in the trash pile as well.

Day 3, I chase my dogs around the yard trying to get pizza crust and chicken bones that were just thrown out in the woods by our house, Day 4 The dumpster finally arrives but half the crap has blown down the side of the mountain. The crew had no respect to our property. Day 5 I'm left with a mess and uncompleted job, still sits like this today.... Also you can see how the tore up our leaf guards on the gutters and slid the hardy board right up our porch railings that were painted 2 weeks before.

Additionally, we contracted C&B to provide repairs and replacement to rotted portions of siding, fascia, soffit and garage door, along with painting this entire area. Owning property is never a dull moment!…read more During a heavy storm, the tenant in my loft let me know that there was water dripping inside along the wall. The age of the roofs on the property is unknown and always being concerned for ANY leaks, I immediately got into Yelp to put out a project request to find a roofer. Storm Damage responded right away on a Sunday and was able to meet the next day to give an onsite estimate. Given the steep roofline of the barn house style roofing and immediate need given another upcoming storm, the quote was definitely reasonable. Given the short notice and upcoming weather, they put a tarp across the roof to prevent anymore leaking. At the first break in the weather 2 days later, they were on it and got to work. It's a tight area around the unit, so giving a heads up to my neighbors was important. That said, they cleaned up all debris on my side and my neighbors as if they were never there! Huge!!! I have a roof on the main property and a permanent shed left to do. I will be sure to call them back for the next jobs. Thank you guys!!!

The lock was never installed or fixed correctly, leaving my home unsecured for over a year. The same issues are happening with a second door I purchased -- nearly $10,000 worth of work in total. Customer service has been terrible. Calls and messages often go unanswered, and promised manager call-backs never happen. Their only "solution" after all this time was to replace the lock. The quality of work and service is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this company -- find one that actually cares about their customers and their security.

It was overkill and unnecessary. All-Tite came and looked at my roof and was absolutely positive they could do the repair I needed even though it was double shingled! They also quoted me a price that was much much less than the other companies. It turned out to be a lot more worth than was originally planned, but the guys that came out worked on this for hours on end and actually had to come back the next day to finish it up. So much time was put into this, and they explained to me what all was done, why, and gave me a lot of great recommendations for what to do with my roof in the future. I highly recommend All-Tite for a roof repair, especially if other companies are unwilling to do it or charging too much!
